Mosas Cottages were just an idyllic way to start our stay in Iceland! The cottage was easy to find near Fludir, with great communication from the host on how to retrieve the keys from the lock box. The cottage was spacious, bright, and very clean. The views were out of this world. So peaceful! And the hot tub on the porch was my kids' favorite part of our day in the Golden Circle.

Nothing! We loved Mosas. Many who wrote in the guestbook during winter months reported seeing the Aurora from the patio. I would love to return to see the northern lights when the sun goes down in autumn, winter, or spring.

Terrace, plenty of space, hot tub, host came over personally to bring us coffee when we told her it had run out. quiet country surrounded by green. Plenty of space. For genuine beds - not one bedroom for parents and one for children.

Mosas is a good way out of Fludir town with nothing really close. Our GPS took us into the middle of nowhere when we entered Mosas cottages For anyone hoping to reach it enter the exact street address in GPS or Waze. Need to buy provisions before reaching cottage and either eat early in Fludir or in another town if you will be arriving late.

The cottage has everything you need and all the comforts. The hot tab was a pleasant surprise and it really made our day. Beautiful surroundings.

The bathroom light is a bit weak and we could have used an additional small table in there

Large space, perfect for a family. Hot tub was nice for relaxing at night. Great communication with hosts and easy check-in. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to spend a few nights in the Golden Circle area.

THE BEST! We had the best time at Mosas cottages! The hot tub is big enough for everyone in the house and has a beautiful view on the night sky and with a little luck even the polar light/ aurora!

cottage was nice and cozy and spacious. kitchen had everything you need and the owner of the place was super helpful and nice. the hot tub didn’t work on the first day but it was fixed the next day
