Karen was so helpful in getting this location booked! Was very happy with our stay. We were a little hesitant on the cancellation policy but we are so glad we booked here. We were seeking somewhere to get to know locals more and this place was great as we were able to get out and explore and weren’t stuck at a resort. The Yacht Club next door was great and we had a wonderful fishing charter out of there. You’re also a $15 - $20 cab ride to hip strip. Would highly recommend recommend this home as its beautiful and a good value if you don’t want to spend a ton of money at a resort! Thank you Karen and crew!!! From beginner to end mine, and my families experience was great! Karen is a pleasant, and attentive host. Her home is so warm and inviting. The views are spectacular, and the location was perfect. I will most definitely check for this place first, my next trip!

From start to finish this property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It is a beautiful location with views of the mountains. It is peaceful and serene. Our hostess, Ms. French helped us navigate our stay with her recommendations on travel, excursions and dining. We didn't want to leave..we will definitely be back! ONE LOVE!!!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable property with an outstanding owner/host, this is it. Centrally located yet not in the middle of the city, we could hang out on the grounds, walk to the private beach, or grab drinks/food at the yacht club (also within walking distance). You will need a rental car or have a driver to go the store or any of the sites around town, but that's easy to arrange through the host, Karen. I can't say enough great things about Karen's helpfulness, starting with emails while I was planning the trip and answering my many questions while we were there. She is a tremendous resource. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Jamaica. We can't wait to return!

I rented this condo for a trip with my mom (73) and nephew (18) and the place was perfect! It not only met the description perfectly but it exceeded my expectations from ease of check in to the welcoming water bottles and snacks that hit the spot after long travel. Karen is close by and available if needed. The place is beautifully decorated and kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of towels for bathing and beaching. Even toilet paper was fully stocked for our ten days. I've stayed in plenty of places that left single towel per person and only roll of TP. It was like staying at a hotel with with privacy and space. The layout of perfect for people who want separate baths/bedrooms. Would even be great for couple who travel since the bedrooms each have full bath and they are separate areas. The parking space is right in front and the second story unit offers beautiful views from each balcony. ACs in living room covers common area and one in each bedrooms- all work excellent. The complex is beautiful with two pools and gazebo by waterfront. One of the pools even has a beautiful waterfall. I will definitely look into renting Karen's place again!

What I liked most is that the kids took the downstairs bedrooms so the upstairs bedroom was kid free. Karen's tips are helpful as well for finding groceries and points of interest. We booked our tours on Tripadvisor and all of our excursions were great. There is a live person at the front gate so we felt completely secure. Unlike the resorts, the pools are open at night so we we eat, nap and take a night swim after an excursion and that was really relaxing. The only down side was on excursions there are drifters that drape things on you telling you it is free and it is not, they then harass you for a tip. Also, we had American money and had no need to convert to Jamaican currency. Thank you Karen for your hospitality and we hope to see you again.

The apartment was exactly as it looks online. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper was EVERYTHING!!! Plenty of space and privacy for a group. I would book again and I definitely recommend this property.

Smooth and relaxing week that started right from Airport. Karen set up our airport transfer to take us to her condo and from that point on everything was Irie. Our driver Steven was incredible and very much enjoyed our time with him driving around Jamaica on our excursions. we were 2 couples in the condo and had more than enough room. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook some meals. Pool was great and only steps away. Karen was on hand for anything we needed or questions we had. Hope to be back soon!

We are a group of 6 adults, we stayed for 9 days and had the best vacation ever!!! The condo was awesome!!!! The layout gave each couple their ultimate privacy. The place was spotless and Beryl our housekeeper was a sweetheart. She went over and above to meet our needs, The location was perfect, within walking to distance to restaurants and the property even had a small beach area. Sitting on the patio every morning while having coffee and enjoying the ocean view and delightful breezes, could not have been better!! Karen, the owner, was most accommodating and responded to our requests immediately. She made us feel at home, so much so, that none of us wanted to leave, but sadly we had to. :) Thanks Karen for all that you did to make our stay an enjoyable one!

The condo was beautiful, just as pictured. We had plenty of room and the two patio spaces made the morning coffee and evening wind-down even better. We arranged for transportation from the airport and David, the driver, became our best friend. His services were available at the scheduled times we decided on, and if he wasn't available, he arranged for another driver to transport us. The condo was convenient to several restaurants that were within walking distance. The view of the cruise ship and the water were spectacular. The only complaint was the cruise ship blowing the horn. But after a few times of hearing the loud blaring sound, we handled the noise like a grain of salt. Housekeeping was excellent. Our only regret was we did not schedule ahead of time to have breakfast made for us or stop at the grocery store to purchase what was needed.

As regular visitors to Jamaica, we usually stay at hotels or with family, so first time in a condo. We could not have picked a better one for our first experience. Amenities fab and Beryl was lovely. Lots to do in the vicinity and the pool was never crowded. Will definitely stay again. The Scott family

We stayed in this unit in February 2018. It is well appointed and came with welcoming beverages and snacks. The grounds are beautiful thanks to a talented gardener. Front office staff are friendly and helpful. Two pools lovely to soak up the sun by. Karen is great to work with.

Wonderful accommodations and Karen was super to work with. Karen also arranged for us to have a driver for the week so that we could go to Ocho Rios and Nigril. Our driver Steve was fantastic! Would highly recommend staying here.

Large, clean and beautiful rooms with dining room and full kitchen. Property has 2 swimming pools, picnic area and near Yacht club that serves all 3 meals--excellent food. Karen is responsive and gracious host. If we return to Jamaica, we'll be staying here again.

Karen made sure that myself and three travel buddies were comfortable for the duration of our six day visit; which included car transportation as needed. My personal flight to Montego Bay was a delayed nightmare, but she made sure that David was there when I landed late that evening to take me to the condo to meet the rest of the gang. The condo itself is a home away from home with a quiet atmosphere to match, and was more than enough room for four ladies to lounge. However, this doesn't keep Karen from checking in with you from time to time to make sure you have everything you need, and this varied from personal visit, phone call, and text. The daily housekeeping was appreciated, and we kicked ourselves for not putting in a request for an authentic Jamaican meal on the days we were exhausted from day excursions. This would have definitely come in handy when we returned from our day trip to Negril that was arranged with private bus transportation by David. Make sure you give at least one day notice to take advantage of this add-on, and she will take of everything for you. We were truly upset when our stay came to an end, but when we head back Karen will be the first person we call!

There is so much to say about our stay at this condo. A year ago I started looking a place to stay for me, my husband and our ten month old that would be big enough to host my parents one week and my husband's family during the other times of our six week stay. I emailed Karen and she was so helpful. The fact that she could provide a pack and play and was ok with guests changing up a few times during our stay made it easy to agree to rent this condo! But upon arrival we were shocked at just how fabulous the place is. The master bedroom is to die for and the main level is so beautiful and well equipped. We were so happy there and so sad to leave. The place is clean, spacious, modern, quiet and has everything you would want/need. It is nicer than our house. But the place and all its amenities (we lived in the pool and loved the beach at Hard Rock) is nothing compared to the staff and hospitality. Jennifer is the housekeeper but she is so much more. She will do anything for you and always with a smile. She will recommend the best restaurants and she even babysat for us so we could have an adults night out:). She was truly phenomenal and always kept the place clean. Annie assisted on occasion and was just lovely. The grounds people and security were also extremely friendly and we were sad to say good bye to everyone. As for Karen, she is more than accommodating and fantastic to deal with. Always accessible but not in your face while you are there. A perfect balance. And she has created the greatest Jamaican Oasis. To say this condo is high end (but not crazy expensive) is an understatement. I can even rave about the fancy bed sheets and beach towels!! Overall, our stay could not have gone better and we will be returning to our home away from home as soon as we can!!!

We are presently on our last day of a 11 day vacation here at Karen's villa.We cannot say enough of our stay here.The villa for us and our friends was perfect.3bedroom 3bath well appointed and kept very clean by Jennifer.Jennifer one night cooked for us a amazing meal of fried chicken.Yumm.Karen kept in touch with us to make sure we had all we needed.All in all we had a wonderful time here. The local yacht club and the Hard Rock Cafe are within easy walking distance.They tend to be a little on the pricey side but a very good.Lobster on Weds night at the Yachtclub was good and 2 for one.Great service at the hard rock and good place to stretch out on the beach.Rent a chair and a umbrella for $10. Karen's condo was very spacious and beautiful! The kids loved the easy access to the pool. Highly recommend having Karen cook for at least one night. Best meal we had the whole week!

This was our first time renting a condo on VRBO and we were very happy with our decision. The condo is spacious and beautiful and balcony looks out to the pool. There were 6 of us (including a 3 year old) and the condo was spacious enough for all of us. The grounds are beautiful and you can see cruise ships arrive from the balcony which my son loved. Karen was very pleasant and was helpful with everything we needed. She scheduled our airport transportation which was reasonably priced and comfortable. She gave us a phone to use which was great. We didn't rent a car and used the driver she recommended everyday and were happy with them as well. One of the drivers named Romaine took us on a day trip to Negril which was awesome. He also took us to several local restaurants. Miss Jenifer came daily to clean and was also very pleasant. She made dinner for us one night and it was delicious. I highly recommend this condo!!!
