Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht! Wir waren von der Ankunft an begeistert und immer wieder positiv überrascht. Service, Unterkunft und essen 1A. Weltklasse. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank insbesondere an Curvin, Khunkhun und Yogi, die unseren Aufenthalt erstklassig begleitet haben.

In the first two nights we were disturbed by the sewage noise. The toilet room smelled of urine and sewage. The cleaning is done superficially and the bed linen was never changed during the 6 nights of accommodation. I checked out early because I was leaving in the morning the next day. In the morning, when I handed over the room key, I was detained for the rest of the payment... the fabulous sum of 124,75 MUR (2.4 euros)... it was explained to me that it was a service charge for replacing mini bar products.

- la gastronomie - la multitude de choix au petit déjeuner - l’accès à la plage - nous louons le service et la sympathie de Baba (accueil), Manisha (restauration), Daniel (manager) et Vicky (plage).

- le concept de majordome qui, à notre avis manque de définition et d’efficacité - le prix de la demi-pension par rapport au tarif des plats à la carte - le check-out insipide de la personne qui s’est occupée de notre check-out qui préférait être sur son portable que s’enquérir de l’expérience de notre séjour.

We very much enjoyed our stay. From the beginning we were very well welcomed and the first impression was high. We were impressed by the beauty of the place and by the kindness of the staff. Everything was made to make us feel good, and at home. We traveled with our 11 months baby and all arrangements were made for him, which was very appreciated. The room was perfect, the view is paradise. We would like to express a special thank you to Aroumel, Neha, Juliana, Ravisen and Kunal. All the staff is nice but they are particularly nice and their level of service is clearly above anything we have seen across all our previous travels.

The butler service had no interest for us as he was quite unresponsive to our very few requests.

La plage , les couchers de soleil, le personnel très pro et agréable

Si vous êtes en couple passez votre chemin , cet hôtel est surpeuplé de famille mal élevé avec des enfants turbulents sans aucune gêne , à tel point qu’on a pas pu profiter de certaines zones de l’hôtel, le personnel était dépassé par cette situation malgré qu ils soient adorable et compréhensif de cette situation , sans parler d’un couple exhibitionniste à faire des photos limite porno devant tout les clients , lunaire ! Également 3 cafards trouvés pendant le séjour dans la chambre , on a jamais vu ça dans un 5 étoiles. Bref séjour gâché.

Problème à l’arrivée nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sentant fortement la cigarette et les égouts au point de ne pas pouvoir rester dedans. Mais le personnel a su être réactif et nous changer dedans chambre dans la soirée Nous avons donc perdu une demi journée mais l’hôtel a pu nous offrir un checkout tardif le jour de notre départ qui a été parfait et très utile

Beach shore was not sandy it has harsh sand shore, location is far but the purpose of the resort to get away from the crowds.

JW Marriott Mauritius is a beautiful hotel, but it is fair to say the most special thing about this resort, is people who work there. Each and every member of staff goes out of their way to ensure that your stay is something special. From the general manager the whole way down, everyone takes exceptional care to elevate the experience and I have to commend the hotel for this, above everything else. A huge thanks to everyone there but in particular to: All the staff in the Japanese Restaurant and the chef who went to a huge effort on our last night to make our final meal something more than memorable. It was like a full tasting menu and it was a very kind gesture. Adish Tulloo in the gym, who was the personal trainer for my husband and I, during our stay. He kept us motivated, showed us new methods of training and kept us coming back every day. A real asset to the hotel. Ravi - our butler who went to such effort to make our stay special. He booked every reservation and meet us each and every morning with a smile. Kevin - the concierge who makes sure everything is running smoothly. Matthew in the bar - not just an amazing bar man but also an extremely talented photographer always on hand to take snaps of the guests. Last but not least, Sarvesh in the Boathouse who was so kind and made an impromptu table for us under starlight to enjoy one of our last dinners. You are a true gentleman.

As always an amazing place to stay. The staff is very friendly and professional. They look through the eyes of the guest and therefore the customer experience is just great. The rooms are spacious with large bathroom en suites with separated toilet. a very spacious oval bath which gives you a Spa feeling! The rooms are super clean like the rest of the resort! The guest is just a family member. They recognize your name and putting always a step extra to make the guest satisfied. A great stay in a perfect performing hotel! great job guys!

Albergo con pochi spazi, strutture ricavate ovunque per le sistemazioni

La Pulizia aveva molto desiderare, abbiamo trovato scarafaggi nella stanza per due volte in due stanze diverse . Polvere ovunque, cattivo odore di umidità ovunque, letti scomodi, servizio scadente di assistenza clienti. Albergo non soddisfacente per il brand che rappresenta, e le cinque stelle che vende.

Everything was perfect from start to finish.

The service was exceptional. All of the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, we were made to feel very special and looked after during our stay, and their attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were plenty of dining options, all offering great and varied menus, with a very high standard of cooking (Michelin Star equivalent). The design, appearance and layout of the resort was very considered and beautifully detailed. I am from an Architectural background and really enjoyed the beautiful beach bungalows with colonial style architecture and the natural landscaping throughout. It really suited the natural surroundings and didn’t look like an intrusive touristy holiday resort.

I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay, it was perfect from start to finish.
