Facilities and the location are incredible. The beach is absolutely stunning and the gym, golf etc. are incredible. Backdrop is beautiful too.

We were extremely let down, and let this be a warning for others. After the amount we paid we were left incredibly disappointed with the staff. We were only staying for 2 nights and we were left shocked when we were refused to all the restaurants bar one because I did not have a pair of trousers. We were told that only 1 restaurant allows shorts, This is no where listed anywhere on the website and I did not pack any trousers as it’s 28 degrees everyday on a tropical island, this should be highlighted in red somewhere. They then said we could buy some from their one hotel shop on the complex, only to find the trousers were £250 for bad quality linen trousers. We also had no other option to go out as it’s pretty remote outside the resort. We thankfully were able to go to the one we were allowed to go to for one night then the second day we had to just eat a late lunch. Just to note I wear very smart shirt and chino shorts, anywhere else in the world this would be fine. The restaurants are also the same that accept them during the day. Disappointed and left a bad taste in our mouth which should have been a wonderful stay.

Einfach nur Mega schön & genial! Die Zimmer, Ausstattung, Ambiente & der Garten -> super gepflegt und top! Das Personal ist bemüht & nett, die gesamte Anlage in einem tollen Zustand, sogar der Strand wird täglich gereinigt und man ist dort wirklich sehr darum bemüht, den Gästen die Urlaubszeit so angenehm als irgendwie möglich, zu gestalten

Es gibt wirklich keinen einzigen Punkt der da zu bekriteln wäre!

The location and the property is amazing!

The staff was not very efficient; and/or friendly (mainly the front desk people); - we were on honeymoon (which they knew) but nobody mentioned anything, no simple “congrats” - when we were ready to depart from the hotel, nobody paid attention to us anymore (except from a guy quickly stopping us to check our room number - not even mentioning “bye, safe travels” or anything after)
