The breakfast/staff were very good. Especially Billy Stubbs, a small amount of latte spilt on my serviette, Billy wanted to take the latte away and get a new serviette. I said it was absolutely fine. Just small things like make all the difference.

I did not find the beds very comfortable, and woke up on both mornings with a backache

Location of dining room on 5 th floor overlooking the airport was pleasing.
Slow to serve cooked breakfasts at Sunday peak times. Coffee on table poor but learnt it was inferior to the machine coffee which had to be specifically ordered.

They wavered the £10 parking fee as gesture of goodwill re not having double room.
Be careful when booking, we specifically ticked box for double room but when we arrived we had to settle for twin room as fully booked. Apparently it depends on availability on the day, but it did not state that when we booked....

I paid £230.40 for twin beds would have preferred double. No breakfast included. Had to ask for green tea for the room. Cleaning lady lovely. She found me some. Sunday roast pork delicious except no apple sauce!!!!! Who serves roast pork without apple sauce.

Room with airport view but no aircraft noise .. and yes there were 3 incoming and 3 outgoing flights! Lovely buffet breakfast. No complaints whatsoever.
