Wonderful location with direct access from 天神地下街 connected to both 天神駅 and 天神南駅. We booked the room type just enough for two person well in advance so the price was great! It was very nice and clean and the washroom was very spacious! We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Highly recommend this place, we would stay here again when we visit Fukuoka next!

Staffs were excellent and super kind. The manager came all the way down to help us to get a taxi in rain! Excellent location as well. Definately I will choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Your prices change too much. One night the room price is 27000 and the next night it is 33,000. How does a room go from 27000/night to 33000/night in one day? It seems arbitrary to me.

The air con does not stay at the same temperature through the night and it gets too warm under the blanket.

Thiis is my second time to stay in Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka, I found this is a great hotel for me to stay again as good service and great location, so I decided to come back again, I was stayed in Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka at room 1117 18 Jan, 2023 - 19 Jan, 2023, I'm sending this email to complain that I was smell extremely strong of cigarettes in my room, I suspected the guest from other room smoked cigarettes, me and wife couldn't sleep whole night as the smell was too strong until 6am in the morning, I feel really disappointed of this experience to stay in Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka, since I'm traveling to Yufuin on 19 & 20 Jan., 2023 and will come back to Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka on 21 Jan., 2023 to 26 Jan., 2023, I really hope that it won't this happen again and hope to see a positive change by our next visit on 21 Jan., 2023.

Quality, Comfort, Location. This hotel certainly provides all the elements. We would be very happy to stay longer when next visiting Fukuoka.

One small point. We were surprised that there was only one toaster at the breakfast buffet. This creates a longer queue and a longer waiting time particularly during busy periods.
