had apartment so room was large. WiFi was good.

The breakfast is great, they had plenty of gluten free options for my wife, all you can eat, bacon, eggs, chicken sausages, pancakes, cereal etc. Worth it.

The room would get warm very quickly, and the air conditioner was quite loud to cool it down. But that was minor.

Nice sized rooms. Space for everyone if I brought te kids. Nice sized pool & spa. Warm. If you aren’t a kid person don’t stay here if you want to go into pool . Loved the toiletries I always check in at off times. And no one is ever at the 24 hr reception . But that’s all the places I’ve been to. I only waited 5 min & lots of people came & went so I could get into lobby .

The location, the room, the furniture and everything provided were excellent.

I was given a room in level three. One of the bedroom was next to a machine or something. I guess it was the aircon. It was very loud. If you open the window, it feels like you are in an engine room. If you close the window, it reduces 30% of the noise but in the evening, it is still very loud. Without the noise, I would rate it 9 or 10.

Dedicated overnight parking is available at $30/night, though there’s Wilson parking just opposite for about $16/night but just consider it as paying for convenience. Check in staff was very friendly and told us that they ‘upgraded’ us to the 2 bedroom apartment instead.

Not sure if it was considered an upgrade because: - there’s only 1 aircon in the living room for the whole unit. No aircons in each bedrooms which means it’s hot and not well ventilated. Couldnt close the room door fully. - one of the bedroom has a standing fan available which helped but it was semi-faulty. - not enough shelves and towel hangars in the toilet. The shelves and racks were also slanted down and things kept dropping. - aircon wasn’t as cold on my last night and we did not have a comfortable sleep. - beds and pillows are too soft and sheets felt rough - toilet only have a rain shower which made it difficult to shower young kids. - wifi was also slow on one of the nights
