Happy with view, parking and 2 showers. Enjoyed being in Docklands and away from the busy CBD with kids. Pool and gym facilities are good.

Picking up keys from a lock box in supermarket. Carpets were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Requested a copy of my bank statement to verify payment even though they had charged my card 1 week in advance. Need a better system. Dropped keys to a lock box that wasn't even locked. Building manager has previously advised them of this.

The location was good and close to public transport. The view was good.

The apartment was not clean. The bathroom had black mould along the base of the shower. The carpet was stained. It smelt when we arrived.

I liked it had 2 bathrooms the room and the design the view was nice too

Advertised washer and dryer that is false advertisement, as the dryer was not working ...we had planned to bring half the clothes that we intended purely because we had the washer and dryer in our room,,,the room also was NOT clean actually it was disgusting ...we could not use the pool as we liked as the dryer was crap for towels etc ...tried to call the property managers listed on the key no response at all from calls and SMS ...the people at reception are useless they kept saying call the number on the key...also only 1 key given to us so inconvenient for a family ...gee this was a fiasco and will not be using these people again ....I have stayed in many apartments and they should learn what they do in the gold coast which is outstanding...the room is not cheap at over $300 a night not worth $100 ....I wonder if anyone will respond to this negative review as noone wanted to help when I needed it ...

good location to the CBD and relaxing quiet environment

the linein aren’t very clean. there were some blood spots even. can’t change the towel after swimming either. very inconvenient to only have one set of keys .

Fabulous property…amazing location. Super comfortable beds and was well cleaned and stocked with glasses, cutlery and bits and pieces in kitchen. Pool and spa facilities were great

Nothing it was great!

Location was ideal for what we needed. The view was fabulous. Clean and comfortable.

The check-in/out process was a bit OTT, verging on paranoia. Creepy guy at the supermarket where the key lockbox was. No oven trays. No glasses only mugs, wine goblets or paper cups.

There was no coffee there. Huge stain on the couch, lots of stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Being told to send bank statement proof of payment after i have paid via booking.com is atrocious and to repeatedly message about it annoying. If i hadnt already paid i wouldve canceled the whole thing just from the constant messaging from them. Also we left a toy behind and they made getting it back extremely difficult and wanting to charge multiple costs for it. Tried getting onto Netflix but the 5 spots always showed up as being in use by people.

The accommodation was perfect. Could not fault it. The view was amazing and it was exactly as expected from photos. Juliet was incredible from start to finish including early check in. She made the entire trip extremely easy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will definitely be booking again.

Location and size. Friendly helpful staff when emailing them to make changes. Amazing view of the river and port.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa was lovely. View was great. Location was fabulous.

Could have been cleaner. Broke. shelf in shower. Spare towels for use in pool would be appreciated.

Awesome views

Great location, Tram stop right out front, Yarra River right behind and walking distance to Docklands.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and too much light in morning ( Bedroom ) when trying to sleep in. Instructions for stay to complicated and to many options.

Very comfortable, we found it a very quiet area considering its close to the CBD, amazing views from the balcony, close to Woolworths for shopping. Free trams into the city.

The batteries in the TV and the bedroom air conditioner were pretty much flat. Apart from that not much to complain about.

Great location, pretty much everything we need for 4-5 day stay.

There is hardly network in the car park, which caused some issue when calling the agent. It was solved shortly.

This was a fabulous location. Easy to access to everything Melbourne has to offer. Loved it.

There wasn't to much to dislike. Could have been cleaner and hair dryer on site.

Fabulous views, excellent communication and help from the owner. Right next to a tram stop, supermarket, bottle shop. I would highly recommend this apartment. Big bonus having separate bathrooms for each bedroom which made it ideal for travelling with others.

The unit was amazing and this is just a little thing but it would benefit from a full set of glasses wine, champagne, drinking, etc and maybe an info booklet/file in the apartment which included info on checking out etc

The location was great and lovely view.

I was unhappy we went out and brought food only to find the fridge did not work and we had to through it all out and my grand daughter is a diabetic and the Insulin must be kept in the fridge which caused us a huge problem. The Wi Fi was turned off after day 2 and no access due to to many people using it the host turned it for their use. Tried to text message the host but no reply at all.

loved the view and also how spacious the apartment was and it was close to a lot of attractions

the fridge wasn’t working and also our fob key wouldn’t allow us access to the pool even when the building manager set the key for pool access. so that was a lil confusing the pool was lovely when we did get in.
