The hotel is far from Copacaba center, which is quiet, and has a nice view of Lake Titicaca. The staff try to help what they can.

The breakfast is lacking, the bread is not filling, there is no cheese when you are allergic to eggs. The room is ok, but there is no heating, it is freezing cold at night, morning and morning. There is a strong need for improvement.

El alojamiento queda a 15m a 20min caminando de la calle principal (es el único medio si no ando en vehículo propio); las almohadas no son nada cómodas y no son uniformes; el desayuno es extremadamente básico y limitado; el lugar es muy impersonal, parece una obra gris dejada así en el tiempo, les falta humanizar los espacios, darle color, darle vida y mejor nivel de mantenimiento.

The view on Lake Titicaca is spectacular. The windows from the floor to the ceiling gives a full panoramic view. The room is very clean, nice size, with a large sitting area. Bathroom is modern and hot shower worked with no problem. Breakfast is very good. 10 minutes walk to the center of Copacabana.

It is one of the best options in Copacabana. The rooms are warm and spacious. Great service

Cleaning could be deeper. The water temperature feels cold compared to what you would need on such cold weather. The building lacks maintenance.

The view was nice, the guy at the front desk was really helpful and friendly.

The included breakfast was toast that got restocked quickly when empty, yogurt, cookies and crackers. An omelette from a pan that then got cut into 6 pieces for everyone to share, and pancakes. No syrup for the pancakes. They are "eco" to the planet and use solar panels for the hot water. Which is cool, IF ITS SUNNY. If you want to take a HOT shower after your day and you take it after the sun sets, the showers are lukewarm at best. Give it maybe 20 mins to get warm enough to even get under. The rooms are also very chilly. We asked for extra blankets within the first hour of our arrival after we couldnt take a shower because it was 10pm.

the property was new, clean & very spacious. the llamas and hammocks a great addition and the views were stunning

it was about a km from the centre walk along the beach. not too bad but tough with bags breakfast was ok
