Everything went wrong, no one available to check in at hotel after 11pm. Tried for 1 hour to wake up the receptionist and get inside the hotel. Hotel room lock was not working, tried opening for 1 hour in midnight and no one at support.

I woke with ants all over the floor, which i find kinda disgusting.

Nice rooms, comfortable and clean

Had a bad experience with another customer who was residing on the same floor. Very loud music and had a dog. The entire night the dog was barking and the person was playing loud music. When I tried to tell him to lower the voice he came to fight with me.. The hotel should take strict action and forbid such kind of noisy people and they destroy the peace of other customers

sink was filthy. was in a terrible location and felt very unsafe. the area around the hostel is an industrial estate with very poor lighting would not recommend for solo traveler’s or if you want to explore Marseille. I ended up moving hostels

Room was clean and bed sheets was changed every day. Also there was air conditioner, and it was really comfortable temperature in our room. Breakfast that we add for 2 day was fine. But to really choose what to eat you should come on breakfast at least at 8:30- 8-55.

I like more when in hotel you can use towels for free and then leave it. But in this hotel you can buy towel only for 3 euro and then take with you. Not minus, but maybe not so comfortable for all travelers. All other was fine❤️

People was so noisy at 23.30..my kids couldn't sleep..also room smelled smoke.really awful.room wasn't clean..very disappointed..

Very convenient cost per night. 24-hour check-in. Parking place included in the room rate. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Difficult to reach with public transportation after 22:00. But only in the late evening or very early morning!

No soap left in the bathroom. Room smelling like cigarette smoke and never clears. Room is not sound proof, I could hear the crickets very loud. Location is very bad and feels unsafe.
