Location

Staff who is assigned to assist us with the hotel check-in was late, tried numerous times contacting the number via call and sms but we received no response. We arrived at 4:15pm, staff accommodated us almost an hour delayed. Also found an undergarment (used panty) inside the restroom which were also a yikes 👎. Everthing else esp location is great👍

Location is good as its very close to the mall and church.

Blanket is not readily available. I had to request it and the one they provided is thin blanket.considering the weather in tagaytay,i expected thar the blanket will be thicker.

We got the pool view. The staff is friendly and nice.

Limited cutleries, no hand towel, rags and no trash can available. No hot water in the shower.
