A fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. Lovely decoration and in a great location.

Minor point but a nice blanket in the lounge for cosy nights on the sofa would be a lovely touch.

The Hotel has a very unique style and it sticks to it throughout everything. The staircase is old and beautiful. We were also very pleased by the staff, their willingness to help and friendliness. You also can use the facilities of the neighboring hotel with a charge but without reservation of the room. They also provided us with a customized welcome letter and a bottle of sparkling wine

Maybe a couple of slippers would be nice to have since the floor was a bit cold

It is an unbelievable place, styled for cows :) Now I understand how they might be beautiful. We booked apartments, so there are fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, inside 3 toilets and one of them with a bath. There are so many details, and instructions. Need to mention it was a pleasure to find a compliment from the hotel during check-in and check-out.

There is only one small thing. Could you please improve the instruction for safes, i.g. need to mention that you have to change the password during blinking after pressing of reset button, not after! We blocked incorrectly two safes following the current instruction, then asked the reception, and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes, but the main point was that the instruction did not contain the point how to reset the password correctly (important - you have to change just immediately after reset button pressing during blinking).

Young ladies at the reception were very helpful and smart. Very calm appartment. It seems that there are no neighbours at all. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Some noise from the street at midnight. Some kitchen utensils need renovation or even replacement.

Excellent place to stay. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a central kication. Spot on with the attention to detail.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, just outside the main tourist area but only a 15 minute walk. Supermarkets close by. Enjoyed being able to have a bath after a day out and about. Great French patisserie cafe downstairs to help start your day.

Great apartment! Tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. It was spotlessly clean. The daily cleaning was excellent and very appreciated. Frontdesk service at the Mosaic hotel was efficient, helpful and kind - all of them. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, but also the breakfast at the Mosaic cafe - we tried them both. Location of the apartments is excellent - walking distance to the touristic sights, but quiet.

However, there are a few things that I disliked. Firstly - the deposit requirement. As a client, I don’t appreciate the initial assumption that I will do a damage to the apartment or leave without paying consumption. I think the price range is a good filter for such clients. Secondly, lack of drinking water - paid or free. As much as I enjoyed the complimentary proseco, at 11 pm (time of arrival) and being with kids, I would have really liked one of us not rushing to the store. Thirdly, the pillows were just awfully uncomfortable. And finally, I would recommend smaller coffee cups - the present ones, just don’t fit under the coffee machine.

Everything about this accommodation was above and beyond. Staff were very helpful and apartment was so clean with all mod cons. Very convenient location for all attractions.

Perfect place to stay in Prag. The flat is big, clean and confortable. 15min away from the old Town

The location was perfect and the building was beautiful.

The room exceeded our expectations. Everything was very easy with communication with the Mosaic Hotel next door, which also served a great buffet breakfast. Very close to public transport for moving around town.

Apartment was spacious, warm and very well equipped. The bed was excellent. The pillows were disaster.

Breakfast was very poor. I booked a parking lot and they forgot to reserve me a space. Therefore, I was forced to drive away and park in the scary and very priced underground garage.

Cleanliness, size of apartment, comfortable bed. Decently equipped kitchen. Location was very good for walking to the sites

The shower was about 2 foot square. For a larger or taller person it could be a bit tight
