Clean, fully equipped, this house has all you need for your stay and it’s very spacious. Less than a 10 minute walk to dock square and very private. We’d definitely love to be back!

The house is charming, quiet and private but close enough to town to walk easily. The owner was always immediately responsive to questions and we appreciated that. We loved all the room to spread out (there were 8 of us) as well as the fire pit and front and back proch.

The house is definitely setup for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and all the children were under 8 yr. down to a 6 months old. The apartment was great for my son with the infante and his 3 yr. The house was safe and the kids really enjoyed the inside, deck and fire pit. Bonus front deck swing was a hit also. The down side was the floor was dirty on arrival. The kids bare feet turned black ! Also ALL the beds we horrible to sleep in. One thin mattress with and Iron frame on all beds. Really uncomfortable. Also you could hear conversations from the upstairs' while sitting in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked and large. We loved the large counter space. Everyone enjoyed our stay but we all were looking for a good night sleep when we returned home.

My family of nine enjoyed our stay at the house. The location afforded us the ability to walk to the village in Kennebunkport by a quick walk. The house was located that allowed us to visit interesting places to see with easy access to all major roads and highways. The host Michael was very helpful and accessible if needed. Would give it more that 5 stars if I could.

Located on a quiet street down a private drive we experienced all of KBP and yet had a getaway at the house that we so enjoyed - especially the deck in the trees. A perfect time and perfect weather! Thank you.

We rented the house for Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect for our group to be able to walk into town with our children. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for the 10 of us who stayed!

Great place for a family retreat.

A nice secluded location on a cul de sac. Surrounded by woods but close to town. A very large home with plenty of room for a large family/group get away. Very nice kitchen, large meal table, counter etc. Approximately ½ mile to downtown harbor-sidewalks all the way. Michael was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Location was great, except the children had a few ticks, just on the porch. House was not well insulated for sound. Apartment was convenient for grandparents, bonus room could use a door. House well maintained with comfortable furnishings.

We had a group of families stay here for a long weekend and Michaels' place was perfect for our get together. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy and comfort, but the common areas were great for gathering. We really appreciated the large dining table so we could eat as a group together. Michael was very generous and quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy location to walk into downtown Kennebunkport for shopping, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was a short walking distance to town and had all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to have 5 baths and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Would highly recommend! Michael was very easy to work with and answered any questions timely.

The property was very close to downtown Kennebunkport. A short easy walk to Dock Square. Property was clean and well equipped. We were a group of friends and everyone was pleased with the accomodations.

This house is awesome with an excellent host who communicated well and was great to work with. The house is located within walking distance to the town. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. This is super handy as parking can be problematic, especially during their busy season. We found the house to be perfect not only for its location, for its size and simplicity as well. You’ll find most everything you need to cook and clean in the house with clear communications in the handy guestbook. The house is well maintained and I’d have to be really “nit picky” to find anything negative- as this is one of the best temporary home rentals I’ve stayed in that has met my family and my expectations. What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful house. We were mixed families of 15 pple in total and had more than enough room to be together but also escape for some time alone. The driveway and yard were great for the kids to run around and play and the fire pit was so perfect for a thanksgiving night fire. We will definitely be back to this house in the future!!

The property was dirty. The kitchen was not adequately supplied with the things needed to cook. The pots and pans were awful and when we took them out to use they were greasy. Air conditioning was inadequate for the house. The house was dark and gloomy and the lighting was awful. Outside had spiderwebs and was dirty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property.

This property is much more spacious than the photos look. We had 7 adults stay and had more than enough space and comfort. We easily walked to all activities in the port, grilled, had a bonfire, and felt secluded in the woods yet close to everything we wanted to do.

Michael’s property was all we needed for a wedding weekend. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, he was extremely easy to communicate with, plenty of parking, and the perfect location to all things Kennebunkport. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group getaway.

This is a very large property that is ideal for family & friends gathering. Expansive deck with gas grill has lots of room for outdoor eating.

This home was perfect for our large group for a family and bridal weekend. Plenty of places to sit and sleep, without feeling crowded. Well stocked with things would need in the kitchen, and linens. Home was beautiful and very clean, and the property and location were just perfect.

There was plenty of room in the driveway for all of our cars. Not once did someone have to move for someone else to get out. The house itself was very clean. The kitchen offered plenty of room for all of us to eat and hang out together, and was stocked with plates, cups, silver, and a plethora of cooking supplies.. All of us thought the beds were comfortable and each family loved having their own bathroom. Every night after the kids went to bed, we had a fire outside. We were able to walk downtown to kennebunkport in less than 10 mins. We also found the kennebunkport rec center behind the house and took the kids and dogs there for some free play time. My dad loved the apartment. Michael (the property owner) had been so accommodating from the start. Each time I contacted him he replied within the half hour. He never kept us waiting. After we left, my sister realized she lost my nieces baby animal. Michael and his team searched the house. When they weren't able to locate it, my sister drove back up there and he met her at the house so she could search it. We thought it was gone forever, but Michael called me about a week later to tell me "Pat" was found. He send her back to us later that week. I could hear the excitement in his voice when he told me the most recent renters found it. How awesome is that?! I can't say enough about this house and Michael. Our best vacation by far!!!!

The house is beautiful, updated, spacious and most importantly, CLEAN!! Immaculate, even. We also loved how secluded the property was, set back from the street - perfect for our golden retriever to be able to roam safely. Walking into town and not having to worry about a parking space was amazing. We will be coming back!

Rented this property with the family (8 couples) for thanksgiving and it was perfect!!! Even better than the pictures posted. Every bedroom has a bathroom which was very convenient. The separate apartment that is attached was great for one of the couples who traveled with us with their kids. Enough seating for all of us to enjoy thanksgiving dinner! This rental was perfect for our large group, tons of sleeping space., plenty of bathrooms and a good kitchen made hosting an event here very easy. Walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport was a big plus and the owner , Michael, was very quick to respond to questions and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Great location within walking distance to town. Large house that was more than we needed for a weekend, but would be great for a longer stay and larger group. Awesome to have a bathroom for every bedroom, especially when getting ready for a wedding. Host is very communicative, understanding, and helpful in advance! Thank you!

This VRBO met and exceeded all my expectations. The home is absolutely gorgeous and is great for large groups of people. Really nice to have the separate 1/1 efficiency - was perfect for my sister with her 5 month old baby! The walk to town is no more than 10 minutes and the house is tucked far back from the street, which is nice. The property manager was quick and efficient and immediately replied/came to the house to assist. 10/0 recommend renting this VRBO!
