The Caravan was excellent and very clean. The site was quite and very restful. We would recommend it very highly especially at the time of year that we were there at a price that was reasonable

The directions to the waste bins was poor. The key to the caravan did give us some problems and we could have done with a second key as we were two couples. However these "complaints"were very minor as we really liked the caravan

Everything about the caravan was really good, Double bed was really comfortable. Whilst we didn't have any children with us the facilities for children were excellent. Bar an restaurant were also very good, although it was tail end of season.

Had a problem with door lock - had to fiddle with key. Another Caravan owner helped us solve the issue. She even phoned the owner for us. Felt camp reception were unhelpful - "because you booked it privately there is nothing we can do"

Caravan was brilliant, everything you needed was there, lovely neighbours too!

We thought it will be boring but this caravan exceeded our expectations. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The host made sure people have everything they need. We will definitely visit again!

Its a lovely caravan, it was lovely and clean and very comfortable. We would defiantly book again and my boys loved it.

Nothing. Site was rubbish and caravan filthy. Drove out to other places everyday as facilities are poor, not even a shop open due to building works. Had a good week, but not on the site.

Caravan dirty. Couldnt use pots and pans due to the thick grease and scratches, food on utensils, microwave splatted with food and had a bad smell, hob covered in dirt, cupboards hadn't been cleaned, beds not changed, fridge dirty, plates, cups cutlery all needed washing, draws not cleared out after last guest. There is a short walk to the beach but no mention of the caravan being right next to a busy train track it the beach acces is over a bridge. Messaged host when I got back to see if they would apologises for the fact that I spent the start of my holiday cleaning and for the state of it but instead she was very rude and argumentative and asked why we stayed for the 4 days if it was so bad. Where else was we meant to go when we had payed for this holiday and it's none refundable?

Good location, most attractions we frequent in North Wales are within an hours drive. Pleanty to do around the area, quiet enough and private parking for the car. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived, really nice person! All around very well kept caravan, especially considering it is about to be refurbished! Amazing job keeping it so nice. :)

The speed bumps are pretty harsh on site, and there are a lot between the caravan and the entrance. There's nothing else bad I'd say.

Property situated near to beach very modern caravan well equipped even got outdoor seating area . The owner even provides tea coffee sugar and bathroom essentials it was home from home very cosy can’t recommend this highly enough and very reasonable priced we had a fabulous week there and will definitely be going back

Nothing to do on site, staff never had much information on things that were happening.. Whether there was any entertainment or something for the children to do.

Caravan pet friendly . Beds made up lovely and clean.. Everything u would need for fab holiday

No facilties open on site .jakes shut for meals and entertainment . Shop on site and amusements shut . Had to use next camp . Cooker in caravan knobs coming off Panicking case gas was coming through .
