Very nice apartment, garden and location

Everything! Our room had an outdoor courtyard that was amazing. I was able to have reliable internet to work, and the beds were comfortable. This is a family ran business and they were so accommodating and helped us with options of tours, places to shop and eat.

Torre Mar went beyond my expectations. I stayed in the two-bedroom bungalow beside the main building. It has a beautiful, private courtyard with picnic table, wash line, barbeque, and a coconut palm. Indoors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, a bathroom with lovely organic toiletries, and a washing machine. Beyond its physical advantages, the attention I received from Donna, the owner, was exceptional. She provided a detailed folder with information about everything I was likely to need and also dropped by each evening to see how I was doing and answer any questions that I had. In addition, when she had to be out of town, she arranged for someone else to come by. The location is very convenient with shops just around the corner and about a 10-minute walk to the water.

Ecologically, it would have been better if the housekeeper hadn't changed the sheets and towels during my 8-day stay. On the other hand, I can't fault her for being conscientious.

The Breakfast was always very delicious with omlet, fruits, warm bread and fresh coffee and juice

Great place. Great host. Great location and the cleaning woman did a great job.

The owners were unfriendly. This was the only place during our stay of one month in Galapagos where we had to pay for drinking water. Moreover, the pictures are misleading. They show a picture of a spacious balcony with seaview. All we had was a tiny balcony with building site and street views. The seaview is from a common space on the top level.

great location, at great price, air con in bedrooms and living room. Excellent filtered water in large bottle providing hot and chilled water. plenty of towels provided and replaced - washing machine to wash your own clothes friendly host and helped when ever we had an issue. Highly recommend using this property.

bathroom toilet and shower are on top of each other and bathroom without an extractor fan. Also would suggest additional clothes hanging device to hang wet towels indoors to could reuse and save water/energy. These are minor points compared to the location, price and easy at which the host made everything for us.
