we booked king size bed, but did have 2 small queen size beds in the room. they were not very comfortable. Transfer to airport with hickups in the organization, . Driver was mega friendly, and both helpful and insightful during the drive

we had to discuss a lot, before we got a room as booked. Construction works on the roof directly on top of our room. Laundry did not work as promised. we did not get towels in room. Staff is totally overwhelmed with providing standard service levels.

The place was nice, located far from the city noise

Noisy hotel that wouldn't let you rest at night. When asked if they could change the room the sent us to a inferior room than the one we paid for. Also, we had to shower with cold water in two occasions (out of the 6) and we found a cockroach in the room. The breakfast had few options and the staff was very eager to sell you overpriced tours.

Staff were extremely helpful. The room and location was great.

Breakfast was sufficient and early so you can catch any tour. The location was perfect, close to the main tourist street but quiet.

Room was a bit noisy during the day. Bathroom window was next to the corridor and you can hear everything.

Safe area to stay and really engaged Hotel Manager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Internet was always extremely slow and almost not working (<1Mbps). Staff gave the feeling that you are not welcome and just another guest. No real communication at the check-in (needed to wait and nobody told us on what). Almost no english speaking staff, so difficult to communicate which breakfast, etc. is desired.

Jonathan was very helpful in arranging trips. Loved my boat trip. Andre was super too.

Rooms need pictures Jonathan!! Some difficulty communicating with other staff, but everything was grand.

Stuff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with laundry, snorkeling equipment, any social requests for our baby. The owner is our main love. Thank you guys for your work.

Coffee available early, good maid service. Arranged transport for beach and other tourist excursion.

Wi-Fi was horrible. They told me it was an island problem but I fortunately had a great signal from Claro. Breakfast was mediocre and small. We're initially put in wrong room until I showed them what I had booked. Check-out was 10AM!!!! Never, ever had one that early. They were knocking in our door then because they needed the room.
