Anshii is very kind and helpful. The house and the terrace are beautiful. We loved the dolphin tour that Anshii organized for us!

The bathroom needs some real deep cleaning. We didn’t feel very comfy using it as there were also cockroaches in the bathroom. The rest of the apartment was really clean though! I really love dogs but when you walk home when it’s dark there are a lot of aggressive street dogs on the street of this accommodation. I recommend to go by car when you go out at night even if you could easily walk to restaurants.

Nice apartment with a large bed and well equipped. Extremely attentive and friendly host. All issues are dealt with immediately. The apartment is cleaned every day, the bed made, rubbish emptied etc.

Unfortunately we had a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room, through which a lot of noise could be heard from next door. There are a lot of pushy dogs roaming in front of the house, the owner can certainly not change that, but you have to deal with that.

Anshii is a passionated host and very eager to make sure that her guests do well. Anytime we asked for something she answered immeadiately and found a solution. The apartment corresponded to the pictures and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Studio. Modern and clean with good facilities. Near to supermarket. Good WiFi. Washing machine available. Small outside area with table and chairs. All in all a lovely place for a few days.

The studio was spacious and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. Anshii was an extremly friendly host. We would recommend it!

Just a little thing and I doubt that the hosts can do much, but the neighbors had some really scary dogs that made us to avoid leaving house on foot.

The accommodation was perfect, exactly what we wanted. The room was large, clean with terrace. The owner (Anshi) was so nice and arranged everything we needed. The accommodation was located at a great starting point for trips all around the island. We really loved it and we stay 3 days more than we planned.:-)

Nice place, hosts was very helpful and kind to move our stay 2days and checkin and checkout times were early and late which was nice with the checkin since we arrived on the island early in the morning and wanted to do a hike before we did the checkout. the studio got cleaned every day. the little gift we received before leaving was also super cute! thanks!!

unfortunately, as in more places on Mauritius there are a lot of ants. so don’t leave food or empty glasses around

The host is amazing and very helpful. She did take care of our every possible need. On top of that we were welcomed with a delicious drink and in the end received a farewell gift. The apartment was very spacy and clean. If we ever return to La Gaulette or Le Morne area, we will definetely go to Tulsi Apartment again!

excellent accomodation, comfortable spatious apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, perfectly clean, nice terasse shaded with palm trees and leaves (no overheating even during day), access to terasse on the roof - watching sunrise or sunset (especially sunset over the Le Morne Brabant Summit is spectacular), comfortable bed, strong wifi perfect hosts - incredibly friendly and caring, welcomed us with the plate of local fruits and drinks, arranging local trips, coming to fix very small problem (can easily wait till next day) even late evening, gave us small personal gifts at departure - really felt like at home very well equipped supermarket 500m away excellent basecamp for exploring the island , really cheap for what is offered

Only disadvantage of La Gaulette is missing sand beach and clear seawater. due to mangrove bay the access to water is not easy directly in La Gaulette and water is shallow and not very clean - not good for swimming. But within few miles you have excellent beaches at Le Morne, south coast, to the North Tamarin and Flic en Flac - all in easy driving distance. With car perfect reach everywhere.

Great place, peaceful, good views of the area, an attentive host. She was ready to help any time of the day and very promptly.

The house is nicely located in a quiet surrounding of the village far from the main road. It is a big house with several apartments. The decoration is not super new but everything is there: big bed, little but fully arranged kitchen, and nice balcony. We were able to cook and to have dinners on the balcony looking at the stars. Our hosts were very kind and friendly and helped us to arrange an excursion to swim with dauphins, which was absolutely fantastic. We had great time!

Excellent staff, always in touch, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a large bed, there is a TV, air condition. Nearby (within a 5-minute walk) there is a supermarket and an ATM (you can change the currency for local money), as well as a bus stop nearby, it is convenient to take bus No. 5 to Le Morne.
