Pathetic staff and very unhygienic rooms. The people here are very arrogant and talk like goons, i had booked a balcony room and the description says that the hotel is beach front but actually the hotel was unnamed and was in a narrow lane where a scooty cannot pass easily. The entrance was always wet with drain water. The room they provided was not what i had booked and was unhygienic and dirty. Pillows didn't had covers and were all yellowish, the quilt was torn and when i asked a replacement they denied and said you will get it by tomorrow. Towels had holes in it and were too much used. The flooring had beach sand over it and was uncleaned. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, wc was all yellowish. The taps werent working and no hot water was there, we had to bath with cold water for 2 days. Frigde in the room was years old and was making noise which was much irritating during the whole stay. After we paid full cash payment at the desk during check in, the reception guy asked me to show the booking in app and took my phone telling that he is taking the details from app but he cancelled the booking by himself from my phone and told that he is making the booking offline to save my tax charges. This is scam they are doing, after taking the payment they cancel the booking in order to save their commission amount to booking.com. While check out also that guy was arguing with me for 15 mins.

Good and decent stay. Everyone was so good and polite at that place. Rooms are neat n clean and beach is very close that is more important Thank you guys.

The location was good. Its not by the beach like they show on the photos but it's like 1 minute walk to Baga Beach. And it's reachable to everything you might need.

I paid the full amount of the room on the arrival day and was suppose to get change but never got it. The reception guys who work there I don't know if they pretend like don't understand only that part when I ask for my change of money back or they really don't but I actually asked for it everyday and never got it. Very unprofessional! The room it's very dirty, when we arrived the towels were supper dirty and the bed sheets are torn and outdated. Even though when we asked them to change they did change it with some old sheets again. Never recommend this place. There's no hot water either, the water heater was on but there's no hot water to shower. And there was no towel hanger on the bathroom. The one that was there it was broken.

It was a decent with good staff. staff is very supportive. they are not trained but they will try to help you in very good way. The best thing of this place , it is very close to the beach like 1 min walking distance. plenties of restaurant are nearby. They will help you to rent a Scoty and car. over all stay was good and will definitely go at same place for the next time. Try this if you are looking a place near to the beach and cheaper

Only it's location!

We were shown different picture! Contacted by different persons! Booked one quadruple room and got two double bedrooms! There was no sign outside the property! Nothing like room service! They demand original ID proof to be handed over and advance payment! Often the reception desk was empty., especially at night time. simply two rooms were offered without any service and description at booking.com is completely misleading!

The rooms were nice, washroom really clean, the view was good. Very close to Baga beach.

The hotel we stayed was under construction. Also it wasn't the Shelton guest house it had some other name. The phone wasn't working so couldn't contact the reception. And had to either talk to the owner or go downstairs in case of any need.
