The location and the terrace are really amazing. Also, the common area (kitchen and living room) are very pleasant and confortable.

One has to pay attention to all additional costs. They ask 15 euro/person for the linen and towls, but in fact, the prices are according to the size of the bed. If you use a large bed, the price is 30 euro, so you can end up paying a larger amount for this. Two of the rooms are at some sort of basement with no natural light and fresh air. They also charge the electricity for air conditionning separately. As for the garbage, you have to collect it separately (wich is not bad) and take it to the special ecological space wich is more than 2 km away. If you don't have a car, how would you carry all the garbage to such distance daily or every two days? You are supposed to be in vacation! In the apartment the are more duties and responsabilities than rights. They even handle the to-do and not-to-do list from the begining. They ask a deposit (100 euro on booking, but 200 euro on the provided list!!!) to make sure that you obey.

The location is simply perfect, the view from the terrace is simply amazing both in the morning and at night (you can admire a sky full of stars) The house it's very nice, clean and modern (in my opinion the house looks much better in real than in the pictures posted) with a very large terrace Even if it's in a small city there is a grocery shop very close and a bar all reachable in few minutes by walk Both the host and the keeper are lovely and very kind, thanks once again :)

Everything was perfect. The place was large 4 bedrooms though I was traveling with one friend only. The place is brand new, fully equipped, two bathrooms. Terrace view simply amazing both at the daytime and at night. There were very little tourists around the place which we loved.

Some directions how to reach the property would be nice. Waze led us to another place away of 50 m but with a worse road.
