Staff were very friendly, quite and relaxing resort at the start of the season. We stayed half board and enjoyed the local food

Swimming pool was not opened during our three day stay

Amazing gardens and fantastic beach just a short walk from the main building. Also the pool area is fantastic. Not a big fan of buffet dinners but it was nice.

The bar and restaurant staff (Lucia, Davide, Christian and Carlo were amazing, we tipped them specifically). The beach setup was lovely, we enjoyed our space. The look of the place, actually beautiful.

The showers, the reception staff and how they welcomed us, the amount of normal things we actually had to ask for such as an extra blanket and slippers. We also hated that we had to preload a card to pay for drinks, this is 2021, c'mon.

Gorgeous location a 2 minute walk from crystal clear waters, the pool is also gorgeous and we were able to swim in both even in October. The food was so much better than what we had anticipated for half board. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a beautiful spread of hot breakfast and continental options. The pasta dishes were always on point and the desserts were incredible. Lovely live music before and after dinner. A great place to stay to relax and enjoy the water.

It didn’t bother us but there was no WiFi in the rooms. It’s hard to fault the place it was great value for money

Its what tells you every day why you are staying in this ressort - Good entertainment team, not too loud, but funny and cordial - Nice and friendly singer at the bar, super voice - The food at the buffet was mostly good, except one night, where the food was quite bad for italian standards - Clean rooms - Very nice and romantic place in general

- At the arrival no communication about important details like dinner time, delayed departures, services around the beach and so far. There should have been a presentation in the night of arrival, but nobody told us that. The reception looked very tired at our arrival, a little unfriendly (can be understandable if all departures and arrivals are at the same day, but I'm still on vacation...) - Towels change of the beach just every 4 days for free. I asked why and they told me because of the environment. Sounds fair, but why changing then the bathroom towels every day? It was ok for us, but the argument was weak. - You'll not receive any diet sodas on the buffet. Just against payment. It's a pitty, thinking about the price of this resort. Nobody cooks for you fresh eggs in the morning. So the buffet eggs are overcooked. Again, by the price you pay, a detail like eggs is important to underline the prices. - Absolut no services on the beach, no toilets, no bar. Even not water to drink. - Rooms start to get old, warderobe door not opening.

Very rude staff and not welcoming. Staff did not greet you or make you feel like you deserve their attention.l or even a polite smile. Breakfast was not enjoyable and we skipped it for the rest of the stay after trying it once. Coffee was out of a machine - any instant coffee would have been better than that.

Really great location and place! Highly recommended for a couple of days of relaxation close to the beach!
