The room is located on the 3rd story with a narrow stair, difficult to bring your luggage up.

I came to Xi'an with my friends for the first time and found it very beautiful. The architectural style and people are both good, and there are also many delicious foods. I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is not very big, but it is very beautiful and I like the decoration style. The beautiful boss has a friendly attitude, good English proficiency, and smooth communication.

The proximity to the airport

The staff was very unfriendly. They woke us up at 4am by banging on the door and then screaming at us in chinese. Then they tried to make us pay for the shuttle to the airport that they advertise as free. The room felt unclean, the wall paper was peeling, the lights in the hallway were half burnt out, it smelled like smoke, and was hard to find

It's unfortunate that there isn't any subway line that reaches the airport of a major city in China. Fortunately, this hotel wasn't too far from the airport and they provided free shuttle service. It also had an intuitive heating unit to warm your room at night. There was a lot of street food nearby for when you wanted a quick and cheap meal.

The property wasn't exactly the cleanest. The toilet wand was touching the bathroom (which, by the way, was also sharing the same floor as the shower.) While I was aware that smoking was prohibited, I feel that at some point in the past it wasn't. There still was a slight cigarette smoke smell to my room (which I despise).
