The accommodation was in an excellent location. Within walking distance to all amenities.

A few hiccups in the apartment. Clump of hair on bedroom floor and a few dirty glasses in the cupboard, apart from that everything else was fine. The apartment was lovely and well equipped and would certainly recommend.

This apartment is in such an amazing location with secure parking. Beautiful spacious apartment with all you could need.

The Location was excellent, very central and could walk everywhere. The apartment was very comfortable and there was two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was excellent

It was difficult to use the oven on the cooker, and the television didn't work a couple of times and we had to reset it.

The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, well organized, and very comfortable.

There was an off-putting smell, especially in the entry and common spaces of the building. We are very sensitive to smells so this might not be an issue for others.

I was sent the wrong door code but this was easily sorted with a phonecall. The location could not have been better: right in the heart of Old York and surprisingly quiet for it.

The decor was cheap and really didn't fit the setting but I wasn't expecting The Ritz. The sofa was small and not particularly comfortable and I'd like to have been able to open a living room window.

The location is perfect, and having a secure parking space in the centre of York was such a bonus.

The place really, really needs coat hooks! And a mirror in the twin room would have been useful.

Excellent location in the heart of York. Secure parking. Very warm - we had to keep turning the heating down!

An extra soft chair would be nice when there are four people staying.

There were 4 of is staying. It needed an extra sofa for relaxing in the evening. Earlier check in would have been nice. No luggage storage so had to pay on arrival until we could check in.

Great location, large apartment with lots of space and very comfortable beds.

Fantastic location and car parking space much appreciated. Generally very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay, including very efficient heating!

It just felt a little tired as a few things were not working (fan element on oven, badly frosted freezer and slow draining bathroom sink) or broken (pictures not on walls, bedroom cabinet door hanging off). Was a little disappointed with cleanliness of flooring too, especially the carpeted areas which could do with a wash. I think a little bit of basic maintenance will easily make this 10/10.

Apartment was very attractive and in a fabulous location. Being able to park the car safely and not take it out was very advantageous

A lot of what was supposed to be provided was not, and even after contacting the management, this was not rectified. This made it difficult for us to leave things as we would have liked. We had to leave dirty equipment as we had not scouters, tablets for dishwasher, dishcloth or tea towels, with vivid, this left us feeling very uncomfortable . We wrote to management services and after three weeks, we still have no response. This is sad as everything else was great.

The location couldn’t be better, literally out of the front door into the centre of York, with gated parking at the rear of the building. The apartment was spacious, modern with every facility you could need. And considering it was so central it was exceptionally quiet.

I feel churlish making these next comments because the apartment was lovely but the radiator in the main bathroom didn’t appear to work and the clock in the kitchen needed a battery. Minor details that in no way affected our stay

Lots of niggles highlighted by previous guests in reviews have not been addressed by owners and were a source of irritation to us too. *Not enough lounge seating for 4 guests. *freezer needing defrosted- frozen solid and items left in it. *room thermostats not all working *bathrooms lacking basics like toilet roll holders, towel rail, door hooks. *not enough basic cleaning provisions - no spare bin bag, only 2 dishwasher tabs. *a few provisions in a wee welcome pack would have been nice rather than random items left in the cupboards by previous guests. *decor in need of a refresh and picture in main bedroom needing rehung. Overall lots of wee things needing attention which is a pity as the apartment could be so much better if they were seen to.

Excellent location. We couldn't believe it when we stepped out of the front entrance to fine how close the Minster and Shambles were. The kitchen was well kitted out. The flat was very comfortable.

Not being told recyling was available for the rubbish in the flat information. Short showers were necessary to avoid flooding the floor in the ensuite because the shower didn't drain properly.

The location was incredible, it was so central and convenient, everything was so close by! We had fantastic sleep too. Having an allocated parking space with the spacious apartment was a bonus. The apartment was decorated tastefully and very clean.
