Lovely views and a really nice apartment.

Kitchen wasn’t entirely easy to cook in - no whisk/ chopping board / tin opener which I think are fairly standard items for a self catered place. To be fair the team were very responsive on this. Parking garage was absolutely minuscule.

Location is unbeatable. Lovely property right on the lake with a walking trail just along the shore. All amenities including restaurants and groceries just a short drive around.

Only issue was the heater that was provided upstairs was not working. Need some extra heating solution upstairs.

It was lovely and warm. Big, spacious lounge and comfy couches. Ensuite and separate bathroom for the kids was great. Having laundry facilities was good too.

Parking. One of the dining seats has tacks coming through at top of seat base (from the bottom)-stabbed my under thighs

exceptional property. Nothing fell short of expectation and it felt more like a home rather than a house which was perfect. It had all the appliances required for our stay including a high chair which was what we needed! It was a great space large enough for the 8 of us with a beautiful view of the lake. House was ready within 15 minutes of booking

Tv was a little outdated but very minimal

The information on how to get into the property was sent via email and needed to be printed. This made things very difficult as we booked last minute and were NOT able to print out instructions.

There was only parking for one car and with a group of 5 adults and 2 children, we had 2 cars. There is no mention of parking on site and it is very restricted. We were lucky there were very few other apartments in use so were able to park 2nd car in another space. NO OFF STREET parking nearby>

Not clean, after complaining it was glossed over but still not as it should have been. BBQ was left dirty and broken, then replaced on the greasy outside table with a small 2 burner substitute. Clothes dryer did not work.Parking was not suitable for a people mover and us along with other tenants struggled to find suitable parking. Wifi not reliable
