Great location. Very quiet rooms. Clean and great condition. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Good central location. Breakfast was repetitive the same thing everyday absolutely no variation and the tea and coffee facilities left a lot to be desired. The original room we were given I refused to accept as it was beside the air conditioning outlet which meant there was a constant noise the second room was an improvement.

Great breakfast, 25m although only two narrow lanes pool lovely after a long day of travelling, 2 mini (3/4 people) saunas also lovely. Large, comfy double bed. Clean.

Slightly pricier than other ibis hotels, but did have pool and far better breakfast than normal. If not using those things though, not worth the extra money.

The breakfast 😁. The staff were friendly, quick to respond and helpful. I asked for a firmer pillow in the middle of the night and delivered one within minutes of me calling the front desk. 👍🏼Pool and sauna were also good. It got busy at times but still accessible.

Distance of the place from the city centre but still walkable. Room view was a wall though.

I like the swimming pool sauna area which is a great addition to this hotel.

I feel that it’s not always good value. I’ve stayed twice but on my second stay I wanted an accessible room due to my disability. I was given a room that had a view of scaffolding next door and was dark and less welcoming. Whist I was moved to another room with a better view it was hard to organise and took several chats & negotiations and time to arrange. Also there is no room service and the restaurant offers Asian cuisine with nothing simple like Aus meals or vegetables etc. They offer a typical breakfast however but again no room service. Everything was very clean so that’s lovely.

Very conveniences, reception stuff very helpful and good service.

The food in the hotel, I think customers should have water bottle one of a day and should provide soft drinks optional for customers to pay to drink. If more information (the famous places restaurants) provided in room will be good.

The pool facilities especially, the comfy bed & the breakfast was good too.

Room was really clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Akki and Puja. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable!

The gym and lap pool were excellent inclusions. Proximity to the waterfront and city were ideal. The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was a little noisy as it was right next to the main highway. A reminder about breakfast at check-in would have been nice. We missed the first day (completely our fault). If the location was explained at check in this would have been beneficial.

In a great location not far from where we had to go that night. Everything was great in the room. We slept amaaaazingly on the bed, so I would say that is pretty comfy!!!

The location and price was spot on

I liked the shower but my partner who's almost a foot shorter than me would get blasted in the face by the unadjustable shower head. Also the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Location is near skybus stop. Fresh juice for breakfast is perfect with coffee

Close to the town city and car parking available. Easy to access and within walking distance. Great staff and comfortable surroundings.
