We love everything about the house. So spacious, so comfortable. The house is so clean. We really love it.

have wifi, Netflix, coway and easy to find food and rental car, nearby with Penang Airport, easy to check in/out and easy to deal with owner

Comfortable and the check-in process is simple. Its a condo with guardhouse, but only one free parking slot provided. You need to purchase another slot for overnight parking from the guard if you have more than one car.
Bit far from tourist spots it takes nearly 30 minutes to reach.

Nice house, clean and spacious. All rooms got aircond and fan, including living room. Everything just like in the pictures.
No microwave or pot/pan to cook or reheat our food. It'll be great if at least there is microwave.

The property is clean and spacious. It is also near shopping and food establishments.
The bathroom is a wet room. Only one key tag/card is available. It would be better if there’s at least 2 key tag/card.

The apartment unit is clean with almost complete facilities.
It could be better if I can received the apartment information earlier. A step by step instruction on how to get inside
would ease me to enter the unit without difficulty.
