when arrived, staff give me twin bed room but I need king room is not available. I was remarks when booking but it never happened.

Bathroom had some unpleasant stench

Hotel staff in receptionist tried to be helpful with our request. free flow of water. music in lounge at nite. location is good.

Hot water on and off. housekeeping staff made me uncomfortable by standing in front of ur room wanting tips. when i checked in, they helped me with extra bed, then one guy talked in his language giving sign of tips. when i checkout out, i was pulling my luggage in front door, suddenly he appeared there just standing when I asked him to help me with luggage, he said bell boy. BUT he kept standing there for tip. hotel should train their staff not to act like this.

The breakfast is good. Staff is friendly, patience and hard working. Nearby to a shopping mall.

Small and simple room. Same price that i paid can get a better room at KL area. Do not have hand towel and need to request. Water from shower is not strong. Far from attractions but can get Grab easily.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

the gym has very nice views & quite a big variety of equipments. room was clean, tea bag and instant coffee packet was provided with no extra charge too. staff were reaaaally nice, friendly and pleasant. nice sunrise view from my room too! 100% would recommend.

tv did not have netflix but it’s ok, they have other channels. if u want netflix bring your own :)

The location of Eastin is great. Surrounded by neighbourhood shops, eateries and just a few steps away from Queensbay Mall.

The reception staff are helpful, but a few Chinese staff aren't too responsive.
