I did not get a chance to try the breakfast . Over slept both mornings.
the elevator was out of order. Would have been more convenient since my room was close to the elevator.

Went to check in little after 3 told me to come back in a hr went back about 4 finally got in they charged me extra 30 dollars

Nothing other than the convenience of the location
No hot water and tv did not work. I called multiple times and nobody at the front desk would pick up. I went down to the front desk 4 times. The problem was not resolved until the next day.

The bed was comfortable. It was fairly close to main attractions! The breakfast was good, just wasn’t a lot out!
The 3rd floor had a bad odor, we also got a none smoking room but it smelled like smoke, we had to go buy a candle! The elevator was down! The staff didn’t seem to be in the best mood! There wasn’t much hot water either!

The location was right in the heart of the events we were attending and that was great. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was perfect and comfortable and clean.

VERY long plain WHITE hallways and “byways,” even railings painted white, nothing on walls or in large spaces, kinda spooky. Seems they’re a work in progress, just moving in maybe—but they could explain that…

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean.
The doors in our hallway had all been broken into. The doors were not repaired. Scary. There is was no Hand soap. No blow dryer. When I called the desk to ask for a blow dryer the response I got was. We don’t have enough to go in all the rooms.

Convenient to Casinos
Very noisy by street. Dead bolt broke we reported 3 times. Still wasn’t fixed. They didn’t even offer to move us to another room or give discount. I wouldn’t stay there again

The breakfast was excellent. Chef Alton Johnson was very pleasant and greeted me every morning with a smile. He thanked me everytime and said he would see me tomorrow.
This trip and stay was everything to me. The guest service was over the top and I will stay here everytime I come home. There were 3 young ladies that took very good care of me. Ebony was definitely on her A game. There were 2 other ladies that I can't remember by name. One of the ladies was bright completed with braids and the other was chocolate and slim with braids. These 3 ladies made my stay more enjoyable. Their customer service was impressive and I will never forget. I will always choose the Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn because of them. Please share this with them and tell them hello from me.

The breakfast was perfect, great variety, hot and fresh. Couldn’t ask for a better staff, they greeting us with nothing but the upmost respect made us feel as if we were still at home in Arkansas. I would definitely stay again😍
The water in the pool seemed grimmy but then again it were a outside pool.

Absolutely nothing
After I reserved the room a week prior to my visit, I was in route to the hotel from Texas, and I received a phone call informing me that my room was purchased by someone else and yall were totally booked . Very unprofessional in my opinion, will never even attempt to stay at this hotel again !
