I am making my reservation under my company name at this person going to sit there and tell me did he refuse in my service because of my company name on my reservation but when I check in I give my ID and has my name on it so this day they refused my service, but didn’t give me my money back. That’s a bad business every since I’ve been coming there, I’ve been had a reservation under my company name but still showing my ID on this day. The guy going to say he refused my service, but didn’t give me my money back bad business didn’t give me my money back. It was bugs in the room, the water was leaking and running, but they didn’t get my money back and refuse me. Service bad.

The 20$ room deposit that was not stated on booking.com app. The first room that I was given was not even set up. The bed was leaning against the wall, dresser in middle of floor and dirty. Had to go back to office to get another room. Then had to wait almost an hour for my deposit upon check out.

I never got to check in went to the office and no one ever came to the desk sat there for 2 hours

My hotel was nit very clean the shower and bathroom was dirty and had not bath towels in room or TV remote control

When I checked in I was in a room with 1 bed when I reserved a for 2beds and on my last day I didn't get my refund or anything the young man didn't not come to the window to check you out he wasn't to friendly at all.

it was dirty and the bed stank Abe the TV keep going to static I didn’t want to walk on the floor there was dirt and hair all over it. it had hardly any toilet paper I ran out right after I got there. the bathtub was horrible I didn’t bath

location is fine, kinda hard to see..

everything could have been better, the bathroom didnt even have a door on it.. and i couldnt recieve an extra pillow.

The room was great, everything was working, large screen TV. The couple that greater us were awesome!! It is an older motel but everything was very clean. I will stay there again.
