Property was not clean pillows were in ripped condition,quiet were marked with water markers,TV set not set at all and goes on ,electricity run out try to insert new card I won't take I have to run 3 time to manager to swipe the card and at last it work nothing wrong with card meter was not working

Firstly upin our arrival the park reception was shut (remained closed for the duration of our stay). The park entertainment is geared towards children only. Nothing for adults apart from a DJ and an amusement arcade. My partner is wheelchair bound and the park does not seem to cater for disabled people which I think is totally unacceptable in this day and age. We will NOT be returning to this park again. We had no one to raise any issues with due to the reception being permanently closed.

The property was poorly cleaned..that we messaged the cleaners..poor attitude though many photos taken . Was quite frankly not what we would expect for the price we paid. We had no idea where the pool was...and as we also couldn't find any onsite entertainment. The chalets are clearly very old...and quite frankly we felt uncomfortable and in the middle of a not very nice setting . Having stayed at summer fields round the corner for half the price . Not happy .

Really nice base for a great few days away in Norfolk. Lovely beach and good local amenities.

Overall experience was good
Even though over all experience was good that old sofa has to be changed also please provide some floor mat at least in the wash room and kitchen.. Thank you

Basic but well equipped . Water wasn’t hot , had to boil kettles.
E mails about keys never came through even after phoning.

you have to get electric card when you get there that’s okay £1 or £5.
Has DVD player 360 Xbox lots DVD’s books to read.
But it needs kitchen were and bed pillows.
The shop on site is good and cafe.
We would stop there again thank you

Well kept chalet - but build quality is lacking!
The property was nice and clean - toilet/kitchen/floors etc. were all spotless - but there were a lot of cobwebs hanging around the place, and marks on the walls etc.
We visited in October - so obviously heating was required - this is all done with electric fires, which is understandable. It seemed dangerous that in the smallest bedroom (for the kids), the electric fire was easily accessible from the bottom bunk of the bed.
One of the fires in the living room didn't work, nor did the socket it was connected to!
I wasn't very impressed to find only £1 left on the electricity meter - as I was unable to buy another card until the following morning when the shop opened, as we arrived quite late in the evening.
The chalet is perfectly adequate for a small family - but be aware the walls/floors are all paper-thin, and you can hear every detail of what is going on in every room in your chalet... and those neighbouring you!!!

The property was clean and tidy, exactly as described. It was a great base for us to visit other parts of Norfolk. Would definitely book again.
