Very easy to find, hosts friendly and welcoming, nice cosy room and good breakfast. Only a few minutes by car from Portsmouth cross channel ferry service.

Parking arrangements are very good and staff very accommodating

Not much really no lounge or bar that I saw but that’s personal preference.

room - good shower, comfortable mattress, and it was quiet except for seagulls!

room - too small, nowhere to put suitcases, bed was blocked in, so suitcases couldn't put underneath, moving around was restricted; breakfast - no alternatives to cooked breakfast, INSTANT COFFEE!

Parking was made simple I had been concerned about limited parking restrictions

The breakfast room the tables were too big as tables for two. Smaller tables are needed to cater for individuals and couples. Do not expect to have to share a table with another couple.

Incredibly friendly and attentive, excellent breakfast and a very comfortable, clean room a stone's throw from the sea front. Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything that didn't work. It's worth noting that the parking in the area can be a little tight, but there is a direct bus to Portsmouth Station if you're coming by train and want some time away from the car.

Very clean, comfortable and to a high standard throughout. The rooms and the facilities were all excellent. The owner of the property was very welcoming and approachable. The breakfast was tasty, enjoyable and well cooked, served to a high standard of presentation and nice and hot in temperature when served to us. We would certainly stay at the property again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. The establishment also had single rooms available, as it seems other guest houses within the area did not offer single room availability. A very enjoyable stay for the duration.

Outstanding location, 1 minute around the corner and you’re on the pier! Beautifully kept - indoors and out. Everywhere was spotless and Andy was a brilliant host.
