Just spent a week at this apartment and Would recommend it. It’s in a very quiet area but a 2 min stroll to everything.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The Check-In was very fast and easy. Early Check-in was not a problem in our case. The host was very nice and comunication fast. The location right in the old town is the biggest advantage of the apartment

Apartment very central, 2 elderly people so was ideal for walking to the square and fishermans beach on the flat. Very sunny balcony, lovely and clean a real home from home.

Close to everything in Old Town but very quiet at night. Loved staying here would recommend.

Spacious, quiet, Karine the host very good communication with her. Tiny amount of hand soap, washing up liquid, 1 toilet roll! hardly "penthouse apartment" but all in a great place to stay, would recommend, would stay again.

Karine has been helpful and accommodating as we had to change the date twice. Karine always got back to me straight away with a reply to my messages. Had everything needed in the kitchen. Spacious rooms and modern. We could park around the back on the road or in the basement car park. Loved the shutters on all the balcony doors. Would recommend this apartment for anyone thinking of looking in Albufeira.

Lovely clean spacious property, well appointed with all that we needed for an amazing 13 days in Albufeira. Karine was a great host and always available if we had any queries. Works happily start again.

We had a great stay. Very spacious and well appointed. The unit is very quiet and away from the Albufeira parties. Also, close to major supermarcados that were much cheaper than in town. Would definitely stay their again.

This is the ideal apartment if you want to stay close to the old town without the noise. Apartment is well equipped and I would not hesitate to recommend it

A really well appointed 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a central location in a very lively area of the town.

Bien aunque existían problemas con un par de persianas eléctricas.

Property was nice. What I feel it lacked was instructions for how to use the TV to access the channels and the shower nozzle wasn't the typical nozzle where right was cold and left was hot . We did request the Keybob for parking, but didn't receive it. Fortunately there was free parting around the back and able to get a parking spot for the one day that friends visited. Karine was very nice.

Très grand appartement, très propre, très calme, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Emplacement idéal, au cœur de la vieille ville, proche des commerces, des restaurants et cafés et de la magnifique plage d’Albufeira. Karine est très sympa, arrangeante sur l’arrivée et le départ. Communication très facile. Un immense merci pour ce séjour.

Appartement idéalement situé pour l’accès à l’hyper centre et à la plage. Idéal pour nos jeunes adultes ! Un dernier étage très calme sans vis à vis. Une magnifique semaine à Albufeira.

Sehr zentral gelegene süße Ferienwohnung im 7. Stock eines Wohnkomplexes. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Sauberkeit bis auf Kleinigkeiten okay. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern ansonsten ist sie aber super geeignet. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und Fragen wurden jeder Zeit schnell beantwortet. Alles hat funktioniert und war wie beschrieben. Die Garage ist eher für kleinere Autos geeignet, da der Stellplatz recht knapp bemessen und die Zufahrt steil und kurvig ist. Für uns hat es aber super gereicht. Supermarkt, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Gerne wieder!

Big light apartment, nice quit area but still close to everything

Bom apartamento e bem localizado. Tem ar condicionado só na sala, o que deveria ter também nos quartos, pois durante a noite os quartos acabam por ficar muito quentes e não se consegue dormir bem. O secador não estava em boas condições.

Nous avons passé un mois exceptionnel à Albufeira. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé. L'accueil a été très agréable. Notre hôte, Dominique, a été d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité remarquables tout au long du séjour.

Mooi ingericht appartement met alles er in wat je je wensen kan. De auto kon onder het gebouw in de parkeergarage en binnen 10 stappen was je in de lift naar boven. Zowel stad in als uit perfect gelegen. Aanrader.

Whether you want the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping centre or supermarkets you can walk there within 1 -10 minutes. Despite the central location it's surprisingly quiet in the apartment, no issues with late night noise or sleeping 🙂 There's a good size, private balcony and the roof terrace is huge! The apartment has everything you will need for a really enjoyable stay. The gas board did the turn gas off for half a day (there was a notice in the lift advising of this. Afterall, general life continues when you are on holiday) as soon as the gas board had finished Dominique was straight round to make sure it was all back on and working properly. TV isn't important to us but if tv on holiday is important to you, make sure you ask for instructions. Great wi-fi if you cant get it working though 😁 Would most definitely recommend this apartment for anyone. Brilliant week! Thank You Dominique

Excellent experience from start to finish

The apartment is very spacious and is ideally located. It is a short walk to all amenities including shops,beach and night life. No hills involved!! The private parking was a great bonus as parking is at a premium in the area. I would certainly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again.
