This property is amazing. I love the king beds in each of the bedrooms. Being on the beach and being able to hear the surf from my bedroom was what my soul needed! I wish I could have stayed longer.
I loved the small touches, like hooks in the shower and a luggage rack( no suitcase on the bed!!!)
I noticed in other reviews complaints about the elevators. We did not experience long waits at all.
The check in and out process was fairly easy. The only drawback was the 11 page contract I received to sign and send back! I supposed this is for spring breakers, which I am not one of. Overall, a great experience. I already suggested this property to a coworker.

The property was very nice and just as described . The only small issue was the fact that there was no cable only streaming services so it was difficult to watch sports.

We came for the car show & brought our vintage cars. It was nice to have covered parking & able to buy 2 parking passes. It would have been nice to have instructions in the condo on how to use the tv & streaming options. Very slow acces. Overall a nice experience.

The condo is amazing and as advertised. Very clean and everything you could want was provided. The view is worth every cent and the location is perfect. Now for the bad: The check in process is something that needs to be updated. Getting a cart for luggage requires leaving your id which is a pain and waiting on elevators is a nightmare. However, having 24 hour security was nice to keep things nice and safe. The beach chair service on the beach is frustrating having to line up at 7:30 am and often waiting over an hour until 8:30 am before you can reserve a chair on the front row which so many people desire. The chair service will say you don't have to line up but its a nice little game and power trip i found they like to play. The swimming pools are nice but are not heated so be aware if traveling during off season the pools can be chili In conclusion its a great condo with a fantastic view that i would definitely stay at again.

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the fifth floor location. It provided wonderful views of the beautiful beach and crystel clear waters of the gulf. It was nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. Everything was clean, and just as described.
I would enjoy the opportunity to stay here again. I only wish we had more time to explore the resort to see all it has to offer.

The sliding glass door was very hard to close. We had to leave it open some of the time. It was off track. We didn’t have any channels on the television all week. I did call maintenance, and they came but couldn’t fix the issues. I also spoke with book that condo but still haven’t heard back about why we couldn’t get these problems fixed while there for our stay. It was a good location , and nice condo but does have some problems.

Really nice condo right on the beach. The only thing was the floor in the condo was dirty couldn’t tell by looking at it but after my 2yr old was walking around in the floor barefoot the bottom of his feet were black. Other than that it was a terrific place to stay.

The condo was absolutely perfect and clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. However, Tidewater Resort was stressful from the beginning of our stay. Long, long lines waiting for the elevator upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, we used the stairs because waiting for the elevator was too long. The parking deck was a nightmare, too. We were constantly taking the stairs in the parking deck and on the property site. I can only imagine the lines for the elevators on a holiday break.

Wonderful property overall! Elevator wait time is probably the main drawback with all high rise condominiums. However, staying on the 5th floor allowed us to take the stairs during heavy elevator traffic times. Great unit!

This property was amazing! It has everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that you might need for cooking. We were able to cook fresh seafood from the local market. The view was absolutely phenomenal. It was great to sit outside and enjoy breakfast on the balcony and then watch the sunset in the evening. The room was in a perfect location. It came with complimentary chairs on the beach which was amazing. We enjoyed the game room and the pools at the condo were wonderful as well. It was our youngest sons first time at the beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Truly amazing.

This facility is well run, feels very secure, and so close to the ocean. The staff could answer any questions we had and were very helpful. The water is so clear and blue/green colored. The beach sand was white and so beautiful.

This condo was very clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again! It is well situated with in walking distance of pier Park in a lot of amenities.

Beautiful condo very nice and everything you could possibly need.
Shame on the cleaning crew sheets were not clean!!! We were lucky that there was a washer and dryer in the unit.
Other than that everything else looked good.
The moral of the story always check your sheets first thing !!!

This condo was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated All amenities you need in both the condo and Tidewater property were provided. Of course there is a beautiful view of the beach and ocean too. Panama City Beach is a great vacation spot with so many good restaurants, shopping, entertainment and activities

Tidewater Beach resort was exactly what i wanted. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. The view of the beach was excellent, and the beach was easy to walk to. Shopping and restrauants were easily accessable. I will stay here again.

Tidewater was everything that was listed. Very nice room, view, pool, hot tub and exercise room. Close to many great restaurants. Lots of fun and relaxing during our stay!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay for the most part. The room itself was very large and good for us. It had everything thing you needed. If they would change the TV so you can watch local TV we would say the room was perfect. My only complaint about the building would be the elevator wait. Thankfully we were on the 5th floor so we could take the stairs A LOT. Also, the smell of certain substances that others were smoking were overwhelming and too much. Not sure if there is any way to control that though.
