Location is convenient on the highway to Mettupalayam.

Room was ok. Bathroom was clean.

The service of the receptionist was really bad. We arrived at 11 pm and got confirmation of this by e-mail. First thing the receptionist said was "let me check if we still have some rooms", which setted the tone for the rest of the experience. We were told that we could pay by credit card, but once arrived, the receptionist insisted on payments only by cash. No flexibility on paying at check out, so we needed to head to an ATM at almost 11.30 PM by then. On top of that, the receptionist behaved as he worked at customs (eg, checking very in depth our visa stamps, asked to translate the home address in english for the local police (we never experienced this kind of request),... ). After one hour, we finally got the key to our room. Very bad experience and not welcoming at all. (Date of booking : 25th of Jan) Fortunately, the morning receptionists (different persons) were friendly and helpful.
