Very Good Property. Clean Rooms, Nice food.

Lot of noise outside the room at night. Looked like the garbage trucks were at work late at night. Disturbed sleep.

The breakfast was excellent, choices from Indian to western was available. Which I enjoyed very much. The location too was good, it was easy to access. The Airport was only a 25-30 minutes drive, which makes it very convenient.

As for me the pillows can be softer. It was very hard. No other issues at all.

The hotel is very modern, clean and has comfortable beds. It is close to the railway station, shops and the airport.

We called reception to book a taxi which was registered to the wrong location by the staff and they did not follow up to confirm the pick-up location. It was only when we called 30 minutes before to confirm the booking that they refused the taxi service as it was outside the area served. This was very disappointing and caused us delays. Also, the air quality in the room was poor due to too many air fresheners.

The staff were polite and always available. The buffet dinner was really good, particularly for the vegetarian dishes.

The bathrooms were not really clean. The shower partitions were a bit dirty and looked old. The restaurant seats weren't properly cleaned except for the lunch/bfast/dinner times. There is also no coordination between the cafe and the restaurant (you can't expect them to bring any stuff from cafe to the restaurant where you have proper seating) Comparing with Taj Vivanta, rooms are overpriced.

The buffet spread was very good with a lot of varieties.. My kid's taste was also taken care of. The spa service was also relaxing.. The housekeeping cleaned the rooms regularly. Complimentary desserts made our stay special.

There was no kids pool and no area for the kids to play. The restaurent Afghan grill was very expensive and the menu was limited.
