We had a wonderful time at this rental. There was ample space for 4 adults. The pool environment was fantastic. The house was clean. The only downside was when there were tenants upstairs, as you could here them walking (or running kids) over your head. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Conch. The location is perfect — you’re a short walk away from
most destinations — yet you still feel like you are in a private and peaceful location. We were staying with young kids so that was important to us. The shared pool in the backyard was great; the kids loved it. The house was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The hosts were exceptional and proactively communicated and addressed our needs. We’d definitely stay here again.

A perfect place for the 5 of us: Age 10 months to 77. We enjoyed the pool and quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk to some great local restaurants (Bob's on Margaret) and Duval St. We'll definitely return to this house and we'll use HKWVR again; top notch!

Great location a couple of blocks from Duvall Street. The apartment was well equipped and the front porch and rear pool areas were very nice. We had the downstairs two bedroom unit, so it was great to have the one off street parking spot. The pool area is shared with the two units upstairs, but that was not an issue. The washer and dyer are outside in a shed beside the building, but our stay was too short to need to up them. The only issues we encountered were 1) you can hear the neighbors walking on the floor above you, could be an issue if you are light sleeper or the upstairs neighbors are up late or early, 2) the exhaust fans in the baths are very loud and come on automatically when you turn on the lights, 3) the water pressure in one shower was very low, and 4) the showers did not have curtains, not a problem in one but for the other it caused the floor to get wet in the bath, creating a slipping hazard. We reported the last 3 issues to management, so hopefully they will be addressed.

This was the most amazing experience we could’ve ever asked for. We came down with friends to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and from the very start, we were treated like royalty. From the concierge (Cindy is the best) to the location to the property itself, this was a 5-star experience. We loved the accommodations - from the quaint porch to the spacious common area to the lush outdoor pool space! And location, location, location! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the crazy. We will definitely be coming back - thank you HKWVR! Y’all are the best!

Sea Conch was even better in person! We booked the 2/2 downstairs unit with another couple traveling with us for Fantasy Fest. It was so nice that we spent a couple of afternoons just hanging by the pool instead of venturing out! The house is spacious with plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults comfortably and the backyard is amazing. We will certainly be coming back again!

First, I don’t think you can find a better location, near Duval, close to restaurants and shops. We rented bikes but ended up walking most places. Second, the house is spotless! We were there with another couple and were very comfortable. We chose to cook supper most nights using the grill which was, also, spotless! The kitchen is well appointed with sharp knives! The staff was very kind offering suggestions for sites and dining! We really enjoyed having a pretty much private pool! The cleaning folks were very good and kept both the outside and inside clean. Thanks for a great vacay!

The unit was very neat and clean. And the location was excellent about a block and a half away from Duvall, which is the center of the entertainment District. The pool in the backyard was an excellent benefit. Even when one of the renters from upstairs was outside. We both enjoyed the pool, and did not really Interfere with one another the only negative was we had four people one person was sleeping on the couch and had to go through the bedrooms. Do use the bathroom at night. But definitely enjoyed this day and would return again.

Great location, away from craziness of Duval, but also short walk to get to Duval food and entertainment. Beautiful backyard oasis with heated pool and plenty of room to spread out on patio chairs. Our family stayed in the first floor apartment of Sea Conch for four nights in July. Everything about the rental exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless. The first floor had a full kitchen, a huge dining/family room, two full sized bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The back yard pool area was like a botanical garden. The location was very quiet, but only a couple of blocks from Duval Street, Fausto's and several great restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Sea Conch property! Check-in and communication with staff was a breeze. The house was big, beautiful and incredibly clean and the backyard and pool were like an oasis from the busy town. The location was great - everything was within walking distance including the market. We had every amenity we needed. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would stay here again in the future.

Great stay!
The property was very nice and the office team was very helpful. The price during the fantasy fest was steep, but expected. The location could be a walk to downtown Duval for older people/ young kids, but was fine for us (in our 50’s).
Take note - There is no skinny dipping in the pool and the property security is managed by physical keys which causes a hefty cost if they are lost. (suggestion to property mgmt would be replace with a key pad code)
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
