My husband and I stayed at this apartment looking for a low key get away. It was perfect, 5☆!
The apartment is just a beautiful in person as in the pictures. Very clean and organized, very comfortable bed with great pillows and bedding. Close walk to everything. Brittanie, the owner and host is absolutely wonderful... so easy to get in contact with, helpful with any questions or concerns, very informative and so sweet! We will be back 🙂

The condo was reasonably new and well appointed with everything we needed. It was also in a great location, between about a 1/2 mile easy walk from Canal/French Quarter and the great restaurants in the Warehouse District. Brittanie was a wonderful host and had a wonderful list of recommendations. She also was kind enough to allow an earlier check in based on the unit availability so that we could get to the grocery and still not miss a note at Jazz Fest! We will be back!

This apartment was gorgeous, clean, and chic. The little touches — soaps, plenty of towels, lovely linen — were so great. Owner is lovely. Had a great time. Will come back again. Great location too. Quiet, safe, and within walking distance of everything you need.

Highly recommend this apartment for up to 4. Building/apartment are clean, updated with 2 king BRs each with bath. Nice kitchen and seating area. Small balcony in back (so no significant private outdoor space) and would note that this is also only natural light - which worked well for us as it keeps BRs nice and dark. Excellent communication with owner - made check-in and check-out super easy and efficient - along with great local tips/suggestions. Very centrally located so easy to walk to most destinations or grab taxi/uber or street car. Supermarket one block away.

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. This property is in a quiet location that is convenient for navigating the city. More importantly, the property itself was tremendous. Clean, comfortable, and super cute. Owners thought of everything and provided outstanding tips and recommendations for our stay. 10 out of 10 - we all said we'd stay in this exact place again if/when we make it back to NOLA.

This property was absolutely perfect. Check-in was smooth and even accommodated a special request. Brittanie was quick and helpful with all communications. The property itself was very clean, modern, and well equipped. Location was convenient to most destinations as we were able to walk or streetcar the entire trip. We had a fabulous time in New Orleans and this was a perfect place to stay.

We came in for a wedding and loved the place we stayed at. Everything was very clean and all the little extras were fabulous. We could walk to nearby restaurants and a grocery store too.

Pros: The condo was easy to access and within walking distance of many restaurants/places we visited. It’s also super close to a street car stop. It was comfortable, just as was expected from the listing photos/description. We visited New Orleans with our 10 year old so we ended our evenings fairly early after exploring the historical parts of the city and it was really nice to have a place where we didn’t hear any outside noise. Our hosts were communicative and accommodating and checking in and out was super easy. Overall very positive experience!
Cons: The only suggestions I would offer to improve are that the living room seating and throw could use a deep clean. The rest of the place was lovely and spotless, however. Also the interior doors were quite squeaky! Not a huge deal but just a couple of suggestions to improve an overall great place to stay.

It was all good! It was just as advertised. It was super clean and well appointed with everything you may need during your stay. Brittanie responded immediately for any questions we had. The location was close to restaurants, groceries, french Quarter, etc. Would definitely stay again when in NOLA.

Newer property, very clean, nice finishes, well-equipped kitchen, good communication, easy check-in. Hosts provided an extensive list of local spots that led us to some memorable meals.

The rental was clean and well maintained. We arrived to jazz music playing on the TV and a tray of snacks and drinks. What a great way to start off a vacation. It was centrally located. We were able to walk to the WWII museum, the Museum of Southern Jewish Experience and a car rental (for our day trip). Public transportation was easily accessible to the French Quarter, the Art museum, the French Market and Louis ! cemetery tour. The market is right across the street, as is a CVS. There are tons of food places within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe. I can't comment on what it is like at night but we weren't out at night. Brittanie is super responsive.

We always stay in the French quarter but we were looking for a quieter area with some restaurants and bars in walking distance. This gem was perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. The host even welcomed us with a wonderful cheese board! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
There is a grocery and CVS right around the corner so you can take advantage of the eat in kitchen!

This property was everything it said and more. Our entire group was surprised with how great the building and apartment looked. It was also the perfect location with a quick walk to the Superdome for the Sugar Bowl and an easy walk to the French Quarter. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well.
The hosts were super helpful and quick to reach out when there was an issue locking the door after check-in.

We had a great time in NOLA and the property was clean, updated, and in a fantastic location. We were able to pop around for coffee easily and we found the setup perfect for two couples as we each had a full bathroom and king size bed.

Service was excellent. Found the place with lots of nice extras that made us feel like we were visiting a friend. Water and soda in fridge, a welcome gift treat basket, great hair and bath products including extra toothbrush and toothpaste. Location really worked for us- enjoyed walks to French Qtr and Garden District and hopping on St Charles trolley when feet were tired. Loved nearby recommendations for food provided by hosts - especially Willa Jeans. Rooms super quite/dark for sleep when needed. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was a great jumping off point for exploring New Orleans and has some good restaurants and bars nearby. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with.

Everything about this property is perfect. Location, furnishings, cleanliness, management, communication…you name it! Brittanie was beyond informative and always spot on. She also thought of everything you could possibly want or need at the property. The location is central to everything you will want to do in NOLA. Just perfect! When we are back in town I now know exactly where we will be staying! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Stay!
Had a great time in New Orleans and are host was great. They continue to provide consistent and quick communication. The space was exactly as the pictures were, clean and spacious.

mostly nice
The people next door stayed drunk and was loud, music, and we had nets in our bathroom , we didn't get the correct information about parking and I SUV was towed. We spend right at 300.00 to get it back, had to pay for a Uber and everything, but we were not the only ones.

We had a wonderful trip to New Orleans and loved our accommodations at 614 Baronne Street! It was immaculate, comfortable and a great location. The hosts were so helpful

Spectacular weekend
Visiting with another couple to explore New Orleans. Location was wo derful with lots of options for food and entertainment. Plenty close to the Quarter and Bourbon street.

I literally have no complaints. The place was absolutely amazing. It was so clean. It looked exactly like pictures. The communication was on point always. My husband and I visited with my sister and her husband for our anniversary. It was everything we needed in a stay. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA!

Perfect Place for A New Orleans Get Away!
Two couples traveling together for a birthday get away. The location was excellent. There were two very comfortable king sized beds, two private baths, and a beautiful space to gather, relax, and talk between outings.
Brittanie and Gerard were excellent hosts making our visit seamless with great communication. We highly reccomend!
