Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food in hotel restaurant was tasty. Bar and coffee facilities were good and good size seating area to accommodate customers.Aymen and Chris from the restaurant staff took good care of us.

Beautiful hotel with very luxury feel. Personnel was amazing, rooms were super nice and overall the hotel was very impressive. It highly exceeded my expectations.

The door was a bit thin, so sometimes you could hear people passing by to the elevator. But this was not a big deal.

Liked the view, brightness of the room, breakfast selection and quality. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Closeness of underground station.

Since having a hospitality background I have to mention things that need to be improved. Shower leakage, missing towels that were not added even the next day. Most of staff was not professional, did not seem very happy. Few smiles. Very long waiting for check in.

Omlettes are prepared fresh by a very friendly cook. The rooms were nice.

The pillows could be better.

Very nice and cozy rooms with modern amenities. Calm surroundings in a family-friendly neighborhood. Not in the city center, but the subway station is very close and can get you to the main station in 15 minutes.

Most of the staff were foreigners and did not speak Czech, but English worked fine enough.

It seems to be a nice price for the accomodation, but at the end it’s maybe more expensive than some better hotels…The location isn’t very good and for parking (from about 6p.m. to 9 a.m.) I paid 650 CZK ..the breakfast was quite bad also, ..poor and the eggs were disgusting…the breakfast room was also extremely busy, so it was difficult to find a spot to sit ..the room wasn’t very comfortable neither..the bed was small and the mattress too soft …the staff could be more friendly :/

The hotel is quite big, but the rooms are quiet. Located outside the city center but just next to the Metro station (3 min) - very comfortable, you can reach the city, the old town or the main railway station in 15 minutes. Breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m. which is nice. The reception stuff is very helpful - immediately solved any problems or questions.

Our door needed fixing 2 times during our stay (the automatic lock didn't want to work), but the staff helped us very quickly. There are only two elevators in each half of the hotel which turns out to be too little - sometimes it was no problem and sometimes we needed to wait 5-10 minutes for our turn.
