Not enough shampoo for a shower

We have really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helped us with a map of the city Como. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view. There are more than enough parking space and it wasnt too hard to find the hotel with a car. Its located only couple of minutes from the city centre. If we ever decide to visit Como again, then we are choosing this hotel again

Breakfast was really nice, very friendly staff and really helped me out on the Sunday morning when northern Italy had last minute train strikes.

Closest vicinity to the old town, secure parking in the hotel’s yard, comfortable beds, very friendly personnel. Can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Just a minor point: Breakfast offers a selection of cakes and different types of coffee upon request. In winter, the breakfast does not include cheese and sausage but is still reasonable.

Everything! The front desk was absolutely wonderful and helpful with questions we had for around town. They were very kind to let us keep our luggage in our room after checkout because they weren't very busy and we had a later train.

Even if it is not said in the description, you have breakfast included which is not bad. The room was clean and it is like 2 min walk from Como Lago train station.

everything!!! Lovely hotel with thoughtful arrangements of all you facilities you would need during your stay. Room was very new with fast WIFI. Key places like bus station, train station, funicular, pharmacy, supermarket and laundry services are less than 5 minutes walk away. There is church next to the hotel, rings the bell at every morning at 7:30am but I didn’t mind.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the lake, train station, port, restaurants. Everything in walking distance. Staff is super nice.

Room was not worn out and clean. Where is a church bell next to a window - we liked it, but if you want nobody to disturb you after a long night, you will not like a bell dinging early in the morning (once in the morning).

- Very clean - Gréât location near como lago nord station (20 min walk from como san Giovanni) - very nice view - all staff e.g the support staff etc EXCEPT for the manager, were thoughtful, helpful and kind. - good wifi

- the hotel is very basic. E.g. Soap, shampoo etc. are in little packets and not enough for one person. - the manager (Italian lady behind the front desk) is very rude, dismissive and abrupt. It is the end of the season but still not really an excuse. - breakfast is not included and is very basic, bread, some chopped cucumber, yogurt etc.
