冷蔵庫が冷えなかった。 レストラン、バーで氷をもらい、ワインクーラーで対応できました。 そのケアもしてくれました。

Podróżowaliśmy po wybrzeżu Wietnamu i zarezerwowaliśmy nocleg na trzy dni, następną destynacją na 5 dni miało być Da Nang. Po dwóch nocach szybciutko uciekliśmy z Da Nang i rezerwowaliśmy z powrotem Victorię i nawet zostaliśmy w niej dłużej, a teraz dlaczego, przede wszystkim cisza, super plaża i morze, prysznice przy basenie ( nie wiem jak z ciszą jest w sezonie przy większym obłożeniu bo hotel jest duży) domki czyste z działającą klimatyzacją, wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobre śniadania i naprawdę przemiły, pomocny personel.

Bardzo wysokie ceny jak na Wietnam w barze przy basenie, efekt był taki że cała obsługa nudziła się przez cały dzień, goście przynosili swoje napoje a dopiero na happy hours zaczynał się ruch w barze, co się dziwić jak cena była x 4 w porównaniu do sklepu który był 10 min spacerem po plaży nie wspominając o barach i restauracjach na plaży. Po godzinie 14 bardzo ciepła woda w basenie, ale zawsze można iść do morza które było dwa kroki od basenu.

A lovely resort to relax by the pool and the beach right next to it.

The resort was very quiet and t's not much around outside of the resort. You need to take taxi to places.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter hier sind sehr zuvorkommend und kümmern sich sehr um die Anliegen der Gäste! Die Pool- und Garten-Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön, hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl!

Jetzt zum Superior-Zimmer mit Gartenblick: Wir haben ehrlich gesagt für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht nur etwas, sondern einiges mehr erwartet. Der Service ist top, keine Frage, aber die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ventilatoren an der Decke wackeln, der Klodeckel war locker, der Safe war kaputt, das flackernde Licht hat das Zimmer in eine Disco verwandelt und man hat, wie in vielen anderen Rezensionen bereits erwähnt, einen unangenehmen feucht-muffigen Geruch. Ich dachte erst, dass das einfach nur die Meinung sehr empfindlicher Personen sei - aber nein, es riecht echt unangenehm! Haben auf Nachfrage gesagt bekommen, dass alle Zimmer auf der Strandseite so riechen sollen - naja was soll ich sagen, es roch auf jeden Fall nicht nach 4 Sternen. Wir haben dann ein Duftöl bekommen, das nach Lemongrass roch, hat aber nur knapp einen Tag gehalten, weil man dafür ein Teelicht brauchte, und da war immer nur eines dabei, aufgefüllt wurde es auf Nachfrage. Das Frühstück war ok, außer dass die Schüsseln manchmal nicht ganz sauber waren oder Tische gewackelt haben. Milchprodukte standen schon etwas länger, sodass sie warm waren und die Box für Salz und Pfeffer auf den Tischen fällt teilweise auseinander - hier bitte vorsichtig aufmachen 😁 Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, weil man für das Geld auf jeden Fall besseres bekommt..

Belle situation le long de la mer, le calme, la piscine. Le confort des chambres. Le copieux petit déjeuner. Les qualités des plats servis à la piscine. La gentillesse du personnel.

Die tolle Lage, das sehr zuvorkommende Personal, das Wellness Angebot, schöne, saubere Zimmer.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nicht gut gegen den Straßenlärm geschützt. Wir konnten aber für einen geringen Aufpreis zu einem Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten wechseln.

The property is so easy to get around and use all the fabulous facilities. It is a very stylish place with great breakfast and amazing staff. It is my second visit and I can’t wait to return .

No bath as advertised in the room on booking.com . The last time I stayed I had a bath

This hotel is fantastic and one of the best i've ever stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the facilities they hvae with an amazing pool, two beaches either side and and fantastic large rooms, this really was an amazing stay. The hotel also provides a shuttle into Hoi An which only takes 10 mins but its super easy to get taxi's also. Really wonderful hotel and great value for money.

Very Very small thing is that the private beaches aren't that private and you do get a lot of people not from the hotel on the beach in the evening. other than that, a fantastic stay.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, the staff are kind and attentive, the gardens and facilities are spectacular, the pool sublime. Great choices for Breakfast, outdoor dining and poolside for other meals and snacks a lot of fun.

Our 4th stay at the Victoria in 9 years, nothing bad to say.

The pool was lovely, and the beach beautiful and clean, all staff very friendly and keen to help. A really charming hotel with excellent facilities, would return/recommend.

The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. From the lady who made our omelettes, to the breakfast staff, the man at the pool, the lobby staff… everyone went out of their way to be attentive and kind. We stayed with our 3 month old baby and we were given lots of help and support with her, as well as many lovely perks that made us feel very special. We will be back and recommending this hotel, for sure.

More shuttle bus times would be helpful!

1) breakfast is not amazing, just ok - too much focus on (same as everywhere) Asian style buffet 2) food prices - for a local beer the hotel charges over VND 100,000 that's 500% of market price, egg fried rice is VND 250,000 that's also 500% of outside price - I understand higher hotel rates, if reasonable and justified by added value 3) only "homeopathic" room cleaning, especially in the bathroom 4) loud Air Condition in the room 5) limited kids' menu in the evening hours

Pool is where it’s at!! Duc and the other staff are attentive and friendly. I am pleased with my experience. It tickles me!!

Lovely location, nice spacious rooms with great bed and bath, large garden, nice swimming pool and nice clean beach at 100m walk. Tennis court. Good food and lovely staff ( special thanks to Hien !). We were very well taken care of and spend a beautiful last 3 holidays here to relax.

Little outdated sometimes, but has it charms too. Very few restaurants in neighborhood, but taxi to Hoi An not expensive if wished for. No Tai Chi, Yoga or other exercise classes.

beach was a bit disappointing. entrance and steps down were scruffy and difficult to negotiate. but the beach itself was a small quiet sandy cove. lovely.

The private beach, I was really surprised to see it was completely abandoned with no real access (quite dangerous especially the broken bridge). the building behind was very strange with empty beer bottles lined up on the wall. we chose this hotel because of the private beach but we’re unable to use once as it was not a nice area to be at all. Makes sense that pictures were not included on the booking site (i think this must have been on purpose now)

Victoria is the original resort on the Cua Dai coast and ''simply the best!'' From arriving at the entrance up the sweeping stairs, adorned with flowers to the expansive airy reception area where you feel instantly welcomed and special. The huge beautiful pool, fringed with mature palm trees with the sea waves rolling and full horizon in view is spectacular. Victoria has its own private beach, for that extra sea breeze; Winding your way across the red brick pathways in the lush tropical gardens, with little wooded bridges over the waterways and lily pad ponds, your arrive in one of many unique and special bedrooms- Vietnamese, Japanese or colonial style, reflects the 'Zen' feel to the whole resort. Breakfasts are brilliant with full range of continental and Asian local choices; plus full range of tropical fruits and home made cakes and pastries. Staff team are very friendly, and attentive but not overbearing, and tune in quickly to individual likes and quirks. Warning! its very hard to leave!!

Everything nothing was too much trouble for the staff everyone was so helpful would not hesitate to stay again full marks to the staff

Pool by the sea is lovely. Service/staff outstanding. Food at the hotel is excellent. Usually that is not the case. We had both lunch and dinner here at times during our five-night stay.

WiFi could have been more steady, but they are working on it.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our visit memorable! The pool is lovely and the breakfast is delicious. We appreciated the free bikes and the shuttle service to Old Town.

With tourism so quiet some areas had little use like the Elephant Bar. It felt a bit tired, dark with no music to lift the vibe. We opted to eat at the Grasshopper Restaurant nearby for most lunch and dinners as we found the menu at the resort a little pricey for the quality.
