Large room with a great bathroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Frank and Anna, they were amazing. Great hotel restaurant and close to the walking streets. Extended our stay two more nights, but easily could’ve stayed longer.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location to the old town of Hoi An - walking distance. Great breakfast selections and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff went the extra mile to celebrate my birthday with decorations and a nice cake. Thank you :)

The walls are a bit thin but bearable when guests with kids are not too noisy. Overall, not much to complain about.

Meals in general were grade, breakfast especially. Location to the Old Town was great. All amenities were outstanding. Staff were fantastic. Spa staff and facilities were lovely.

Excellent hotel, with wonderful staff, who go over and above to ensure you’re having a lovely stay. Nancy, who checked us in was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the old town. Spotlessly clean everywhere and the breakfast and dinner delicious and service outstanding.

O quarto é grande, a piscina é boa, as bicicletas gratuitas são boas e permitem conhecer bem a cidade. O café da manhã é bem rico e variado, mas não gostei muito da qualidade. A academia é satisfatória e o Spa é muito bom. A sauna free é excelente. Há, ia esquecendo, o bar de apoio na praia o The Deck é muito bom. Há um transfer para lá, mas fomos na bike do hotel (5 km de distância) e foi muito boa a experiência.

Preferia que fosse na parte antiga da cidade, mas a distância é bem pequena. Achei os quartos escuros. Acho que estão precisando de uma reforma. As tomadas são todas folgadas. A acústica é ruim. Dá para ouvir as discussões nos quartos vizinhos. Não experimentei o restaurante, mas parecia bom, pois há muitas boas opções na cidade, como o Silent Garden $ ou o Red Bean $$ (recomendo muitíssimo), e além disso detestei o restaurante que me indicaram no check-in e me deram um voucher com desconto (Litle Faro). Fuja desse. É horrível.

The room is spacious. The location is good, it takes less than 10 mins walking from the hotel to the view point. The staff is friendly, especially the doormen are really nice.

We both absolutely loved our week at Allegro Hotel! Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped. All the staff were outstanding and we especially loved Yelena in the restaurant and Sophie at Reception. The manager was a lovely lady and she took time to get to know each of the guests. We were also impressed to see her helping the staff in the dining room and interacting with everyone. It was obvious that this hotel places emphasis on team work. There are great bonuses at the hotel too, such as free bicycles, a shuttle to and from An Bang beach, free beds and umbrellas at the beach, a 20% discount at Little Fiefo restaurant etc. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows, and a good shower. Close to the centre of town, nice shaded pool area which must be a Godsend when the temperatures soar in Vietnam. The list goes on and on! The hotel was excellent value for money too and hopefully when we return to Hoi An again this is where we’ll stay!

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the old town. The breakfast selection was sublime and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful especially with our son, whom they doted on. We really felt the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after- they even reopened the kitchen for us for a snack when we came back late one night. Truly exceptional service.

The property itself is a little tired but it also adds to the charm.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur ca. 250m von der Innenstadt. Es bietet alles, was man erwarten kann für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Hoi An. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und Bad sind modern und sehr sauber. Preis Leistung hervorragend

Wenn überhaupt dann klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das Hotel ist modern aber es fehlt etwas das asiatische Feeling.

The hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated - has an old world charm that I loved. good spa facilities - very spacious great breakfast spread good location in a quieter area of old town but can easily access all the sites and great restaurants by foot

the staff were a bit cold and robotic - the reception staff member that checked us in was very obviously unwell, sniffling throughout the convo. we also had 3 different people pester us to sign up for their Xmas dinner and events. When checking out, we were rudely told that we need to pay for a coffee mug (which was chipped as I dropped it). completely appreciate paying for it but could’ve been more polite about communicating this. gym - facility itself is ok but please do get rid of the Arnold Schwarzenegger muscular pics! not inclusive at all. spa - I wasn’t told I need to book this in advance. reception should’ve mentioned. also feels a bit silly that both sauna and steam room areas are booked for one person.

The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of local food as well as international standards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have been better. We also attended a New Year Gala which was so special.

L emplacement, les chambres sont joliment aménagées et le personnel est très attentif. La piscine est belle surtout à la nuit tombante, petit déjeuner très complet et fruits frais.

Peut être on pourrait changer les housses des coussins plus souvent au restaurant.

L’Allegro est tellement charmant avec tous les commodités et la proximité du vieux Hoi An mais sans la cohue et le bruit du centre. Un décor magnifique et les petits déjeuners sont variés et goûteux.

There was an employee at the reception who was clearly very sick. Loud coughing & very funny nose. This is not a nice way to be greeted.

The hotel is located close to town so everything is walkable. Staff is polite and efficient . Brerakfast is excellent.

The view from the rooms is not good. I thought the back is on a river but it is actually a filled up drain. The staff is very hyper about missing keys, spoons etc.

Maravillosa Ubicación cercas del centro de Hoi An. Piscina amplia de aguas cálidas y super limpia. Es Impresionante su nivel de atención como si estuvieras en el Marina Bay Sands o el Mandarin Oriental.

Fantastic hotel and staff. The location is perfect to old town and complimentary bikes to cruise around. They run a shuttle service to the beach and return so you can spend time swimming or dining or more shopping. They have fast speed internet which did not let us down. The front desk staff provided everything we needed for options/transport or any needs! Well done. Pool was great and breaky was perfect. Cleaning staff in rooms excellent and turn down service and fresh towels in the evening is the difference in making this hotel 10/10 We were two couples and they could not do enough 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and centrally located for visiting old town. Nancy made us feel very welcome and Nam who drove us to Hue was an excellent driver. The men who helped us with the bikes and showed us the way to the beach were also very kind.

Breakfast could be improved in my view with better coffee and bread but there was a nice selection and plentiful.

Amazing boutique hotel, rooms are spacious, great breakfast options. The pool area was lovely, happy our 5-7pm. All the staff were friendly & attentive, especially Natalie, Sinh & Mark. Located 10 mins walk from ancient town so quiet in the evenings. Bicycles available free of charge. Totally recommend this hotel!
