Prestigious, clean and located right at the heart of most fun place in Shanghai where good restaurants and shopps are in walking distance

Very good service, facilities, and location. The location in Xintiandi is great. The staff are very polite and helpful.

The cost of breakfast is too high.

Great location with all the restaurant/bars/shops in very close proximately Staff couldn't do enough for you, very helpful and professional Clean and comfortable rooms We used the spa which was also excellent service and facilities. Easy to book appointments prior to arrival

Only fault is that I found the room a little bit too dark, ideal for sleeping but not so great when getting ready to go out

location is great, very central with lots of F&B around, breakfast quality and selection were excellent, although probably too expensive when paid at the hotel directly. concierge was also really helpful and kind.

staff at the check in was unclear and made the process slow and inefficient : we were surprised to have to pay for the full room fees upon check in and an additional 1000rmb/day for deposit. carpet in room and common areas does not feel very clean, coffee machine in room did not work and was only replaced after we've asked for it 3 times and escalated the issue. Wifi is too weak to support video call. overall the hotel feels a bit old, especially the bathroom and the TV that need an update. Wish they would be more sustainable and stop using one time use shampoo soap etc

Très bien situé en plein cœur de Shanghai, à côté d'un quartier pleins de bars et restaurants sympas. Personnel top, parlant anglais. Bon petit déjeuner. Large choix, occidental ou asiatique. Chambre assez calme par rapport à la localisation géographique.

The shape and layout of my room is kinda weird.

asked for a quiet room before a long flight, still got given a room facing the noisy street. breakfast suppose to start at 6:30am but no staff around to serve.
