Hotel is very good and clean. you can visit everywhere by walk, the bund, old city, yuyuan garden so on Metro station is also near to the hotel. You can jump all the popular places and streets by the metro lines

Roof bar is opening vey late and can be opened in an early time so the roof view is beautiful

Goed hotel, goede service van het personeel. Nette kamer + badkamer. Nespresso apparaat op kamer. Complementary dagelijks 2 nespresso cupjes + 2 flesjes water. Dakterras + bar met mooi uitzicht op Pudong. Ontbijt helemaal top. Wat je smaak ook is, het is er. Hotel is op loopafstand van Yu Garden.

Kan niets verzinnen. Hooguit misschien het overijverig snelle afruimen van de spullen bij het ontbijt. Ga even koffie halen is alles weer opgeruimd. Maar dat kun je niet echt als negatief zien toch? :-)

Номер в историческом центре. До Ю Гардена пешком 10 минут. До Вайтань примерно пол часа. От аэропорта Пу Донг на общественном транспорте примерно 1ч 15минут. Номер чистый, удобный. wifi работет нормально. Отель большой, внизу есть местные кафе-рестораны. Помогли с вызовом такси по счётчику.

С нас взяли +16% оплаты, у нас не было выбора и пришлось заплатить, это не было описано на Booking. Это отстой. В других гостиницах Китая такого не было.

Die Lager des Hotel ist sehr gut. U-Bahn Station ist ganz in der Nähe. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt viele Auswahl. Frau Coco ist sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns viel geholfen.

Location is quite good, nearby the Bund, and you can see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from room.

there are a lots of constructions surrounding hotel, that causes traffic and air pollution. Facilities are old and not really clean, even toilet in my room was stuck for several times. Besides, most of staffs cannot speak basic English and not really clever when handling customer service.

地點是這間飯店的最大吸引原因，飯店對面就是地鐵，豫園商圈也在附近，就算要到外灘去，也是可以走到的。

住過很多萬豪集團的飯店，這間在質感上真的差很多，也許已經很老舊了吧，舒適度上勉強及格。客房清潔可能需要仔細一點，浴室裡的手提蓮蓬頭有一層黑垢，反應後看得出來有努力地將它清除，但我是希望可以換一個新的，因為外面有黑垢，蓮蓬頭裡面不免讓人聯想是否也很髒！

Great location for yu garden and Bund. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved the gym and roof top bar to see the evening lights of Shanghai.

Aircon in room was a bit noisy when trying to sleep.

The view was as promised. Large room and big bed. Location is very good, in front of the subway exit that connects to airports and other subway lines and train stations. Access to the rooftop bar is via a stairway only, with fantastics views. Late checkout and afternoon tea are lovely details.

The hotel and facilites need an update and some details need to be fixed. Be aware that the staff is not fluent in english, though they try to be helpful.

I still haven't received my deposit back after 10 days. The hotel doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't answer on booking.com

Al momento della prenotazione, la colazione risultava inclusa per le stanze prenotate. Una volta prenotate, la struttura ci ha avvisati che la colazione sarebbe stata inclusa solo per 2 persone a stanza, invece una volta arrivati, la colazione non risultava inclusa affatto. Lo staff non parla inglese.

All rounder and good place In front of metro station couple of meters from yu garden . Breakfast is good with a variety of options . Good room in most aspects . 45 min maximum to sinec venue of CPHI china but Metro.

Utensils usually needed we need to ask them separately which we were informed that they aren't available to begin with from hotel but we found out during check in that they are available foc in front desks but you need to ask separately even for water which feels like hotel try to save them . The rooms booked weren't available at the time of arrival and the staff was nearly the same without a bathtub and there will be a discount on checkout but in checkout we found that it's considered the same room and yes they offered in the second day to change room but we refesud because we had meetings arrangements every day in our stay and there's no time to go through again through the process of change room . I was informed I can change USD to Yuan from the hotel before arrival but I found out they can't and we need to use a machine from bank which rufesd my passport and even my colleagues passports as well and in the end of of the staff was able to change some of the cash we need using his ID . For breakfast it would be great if one or two items were declared vegan or halal because that would make it much easier than keep asking and getting to talk to the chef nearly every day . The bakery in the breakfast you don't feel any crust from it even though it's clearly fresh there's no crust at all which feels like eating buns and not crossients . Room lighting needs some work as the main light in the room is linked to one tap near the door and not close to any thing which would be better if it was made in section .

Location is good for me. metro is just cross the road LINE 10 & 14. one stop to Lujiazui (14) and one stop to Nanjing road (10).

The pool was out of order, I was a bit pissed off. However the staff organized in a very helpful and friendly way to change to another hotel within the group.

Location good, and metro and Yu Garden just around the corner.

The toilet got blocked too easily every night. The aircon was inefficient so the room was always unpleasantly warm. My children got food poisoning eating in their restaurant. As a result, we had to rearrange our flight at the last minute, which cost a lot, since there was no way we could get the children to the airport early in the morning as they had been up all night being sick. Had to stay an extra night in Shanghai, but this particular hotel was fully booked and couldn't offer us a room for one more night, so we also had the hassle of having to find overnight accommodation for our family somewhere else. When I complained, the best response I got was "Hello, we have conveyed your feedback about the meal to the restaurant, they just investigated the food last night and found no abnormality. We are deeply sorry for what happened to you, but now we cannot confirm that your child feels sick because he used the hotel's dinner last night, and we cannot give you additional compensation." How could they investigate the food last night when it had been eaten already? It was definitely food poisoning from their restaurant as we hadn't eaten anywhere else that day.

La posizione è ottima vicino ai Giardini YU. Anche la lobby è carina. La piscina purtroppo era in ristrutturazione quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Qualità prezzo buono. a 500 metri nella Shanghai vecchia ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi.

La colazione non mi ha entusiasmato, non mi sembra all'altezza di un 5 stelle. In generale è un hotel discreto ma non è un 5 stelle rinomato.

The location was good and close to the MRT station.

Staff arranged for our rooms to be close together. The location was also great and very near shopping areas. The staff were very helpful showing us where to get on the city tour bus - even got someone to chaperone us directly to the stop! Room is very spacious and very comfy beds.

Walking distance to Yu garden, city of god food plaza, old town park, bund and nanjing road. Also there are many shopping malls around. Fu You Men shopping mall is next door. Metro station is across from the hotel, line 10 directly to Shanghai Zoo. We love Shanghai!

First room had a wired smell, front desk is supper friendly and professional. He gave me an upgrade which I think it is fair for the price I paid.
