Breakfast buffet was great and the bathroom consumables were excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Some construction across the road but this didn't cause any issues.

Le bruit. Il y a des travaux quasiment jour et nuit face et derrière l’hôtel et il n’y a pas d’insonorisation des fenêtres.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo hotel. La camera era spaziosa e super pulita, la posizione e' centralissima e la colazione e' stata ottima (la migliore che abbiamo avuto in Cina!), con tantissima varieta' per soddisfare sia i gusti asiatici che europei. Erano presenti cornetti vari, torte, frutta, cereali e frutta secca oltre, ovviamente, a noodles, riso e altre pietanze piu' "local". Il personale alla reception e' stato sempre gentilissimo e super disponibile ad aiutarci (e' stato l'unico hotel in cui abbiamo trovato anche personale che parlava inglese). Tornei sicuramente!!

It’s well located in the walking distance to main sights and to the metro

- view over construction spot and the respective sounds - too hot in the room and with the central heating system, it’s not possible to decrease the temperature - bathroom has no doors and also wierd window to see what’s going on their from the bedroom. Such a stupid thing overall, but especially for family. What a kid should see his parents on a toilet? - it was very expensive, which is misleading to the quality of the hotel

Posizione ottimale a 200m dalla linea 10 della metro (Yuyuan garden). Camera grande ed accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima, ampia e variegata. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente il servizio lavatrice/asciugatrice.

The location is unbeatable, five minutes to metro stop (Yuyuan) and ten minutes to Yuyuan/Yu gardens. Most of Shanghai's top spots are easily reached from the hotel, either by metro, or a somewhat longer walk. Staff is helpful, their level of English is great, and the restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is a great way to relax after a full day out. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and will be back if we'll come to Shanghai again.

We had a little trouble understanding the airconditioning, but reception was quick to help.

Die Lage war grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, nur dass sich das Hotel neben 2 Baustellen befindet.

Der gebuchte Whirlpool im Badezimmer war nicht sauber, so dass man ihn nicht benutzen wollte. Schade. Trotz Buchung obere Etagen wurden wir in der 2. Etage untergebracht. Wurde dann aber korrigiert auf unsere Bitte. Der Lärm von der Baustelle war auch durch die geschlossenen Fenster wahrzunehmen und nervig, da die Arbeiten gegen 5:00 Uhr morgens beginnen.

Chambre spacieuse dans un hôtel situé entre deux stations de métro. Tout le nécessaire y est, même un pèse personne. Le personnel est à l'écoute et prompte à aider. Machine et sèche-linge à disposition.

Chambre sombre de jour sans les lumières allumées. Matelas à ressort qui claque quand on monte dessus. Couverture trop épaisse pour la température extérieure.

Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen ( Bund 15min, Yuan Garten 10min, Einkaufsstraße 15min). Die Ausstattung ist etwas abgewohnt, aber total ausreichend für eine paar Tage in dieser tollen Stadt. Es gibt gratis Wasserflaschen im Zimmer und jederzeit an der Rezeption.

Angenehmes Ambiente, gutes Zimmer , Klasse Bett mit verschiedenen Kissen; erstklassiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, asiatische Suppen werden zu- bereitet, wie du es möchtest. Schöne, überschaubare Lobby, Nähe an Metro und Liu Garden, auch einfach den Bund und die Anlegestelle von Ausflugsbooten zu erreichen

Baustelle vor dem Haus, beginnt gegen 8hrs mit Lärm. Aber nicht so schlimm......

Bathroom was spacious. The room was clean and very comfortable. Good quality shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was delicious with many choices of healthy food like multigrain porridge and drinks, soy bean drink and salad. There are always eggs, cheese, ham, smoked food, pickled vegetables but also hot noodles and dumplings made on the spot. Bread was great too! We tried everything.

We could smell cigarette smell at the lift lobby outside our room. It’s likely from smokers who smoke at the staircase.

It is very near a big shopping street, near yu yuan garden and a metro station. The location is great! And the room was also very comfortable.

先前訂房時有備註，如果可能的話，希望能安排比較安靜的房間，因為check in的時間比較晚，只剩比較低的樓層，大廳的服務人員很nice的跟我們溝通，且贈送了一天的早餐，早餐品質不錯，推薦！

房卡只有一張，稍稍不便，但沒有什麼大影響。

The hotel was well located - very central so was easy to access the main attractions. The bed was really comfortable and the room size was great. As for the staff, Lucas was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me locate my lost wallet.

Excellent location, great service, clean, had washer/dryer facilities, breakfast for 88 RMB, and helpful staff. Close to Bund and Yu Gardens and metro station. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Excellent location of the hotel, close to the city center and to all important tourist destinations. The metro is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The room is cozy with a view. Breakfast IS very tasty and varied. The staff tries to be nice, they offered me tea immediately upon arrival. Foreign currency can be exchanged for yuan at the hotel. At the reception, they gave me a map of the city and recommended interesting locations. Definitely a very good hotel for exploring Shanghai

Most of the hotel employees do not know a foreing language, so communication was problematic. They use communicators to communicate, what is impersonal and sometimes inaccurate. The windows in the room had poor sealing so you could hear noise from outside. A new building is being build next to the hotel, so construction noise could be heard in the room all day, until late at night.

Excellent location near Yu Garden underground, the hotel looks like it was recently redone and I loved the decoration, kind of Asian minimalist look. Good breakfast and lovely view from the terrace. The employees are very young and really do their best to assist the guests in every way, they are really lovely. The place smells amazing, like a spa!!

This isn’t the hotel fault but there is a big building site opposite and you can hear the noise, try to get a high floor room (I did so not a problem for me). WiFi a bit patchy.

-地理位置很好，靠近豫园地铁站10号线和14号线，走路非常近。去城隍庙和豫园走路只要十几分钟，去南京路步行街走路二十几分钟。豫园站坐地铁到步行街、陆家嘴都只是一个站的距离。 -订的四季房，比较宽敞，适合一家带小孩，隔音也不错。员工们都很友善，帮忙收寄快递，打扫房间的阿姨看我们带小孩也对我们特别照顾。 -有公共洗衣房、健身房，餐厅也有微波炉可以热食物。 -要重点赞下淋浴，水压大，热水不用等，可以舒舒服服洗澡。

-设施和装修比较陈旧，一些部件松动没有维修，沙发有污迹。 -酒店婴儿床不够，提前跟酒店联系需要婴儿床，答复需要入住那天看有没有床空出。 -酒吧比较小，不是想象中的酒吧，只有一个小冰柜里面卖点罐装啤酒之类的。

Great location easy walk to the Waterfront, Nanjing shopping street and Yu Gardens. Staff kindly made the room available for an early check in.

Our first room was quite small and very hot as the aircon had not been on previously. Also the paint on the windowsill was peeling. However we moved room during our second stay which was almost twice the size with 2 aircon units. It was such a nicer room and made a massive difference to the impression of the hotel. Based on our second room it was extremely well located and well priced.

早餐选择挺多的。地理位置比较好靠地铁站交通换乘方便。

席梦思床太软了，习惯了棕垫硬质的床希望可以改进成一半硬一半软的床垫这样可以选择。3001的wifi信号很差无法使用建议进行升级。
