excellent location right in the heart of the old town with a great view of the old town and river.

The location was great!!! And the accommodations were clean, comforting and welcoming. But best of all was the history of the family and its connection to the apartments and rooms. We got a warm welcome and introduction to the family pictures on the walls!!

TV was tricky to use.

The welcome was not really warm and there was no possibility to keep the luggage in the house at the day of arrival and departure. The bathroom had a bad smell.

Minimum equipment in in the kitchen: no coffee machine, no microwave, no toaster, size of the strainer ridiculous.... minimum furnitures: we use the ironing board as living room table ( not so bad as you can adjust the height) 2 lounge chairs and 2 office chairs not very convinient for holydays. impossible to sleep with open windows due to the noise downstair and no air conditioning (Fan only).

The place was very cute, good location, friendly host, very clean.

There is no parking available at the property but there is a paid parking a short walk away.

The location was simply magnificent, between the river and one of the main tourist pedestrian streets! My windows overlooked the lively street scene right next to the river, but sound-proof double windows kept noise from being an issue when I wanted to sleep. The room and bathroom were both large and bright. There was a common area with a fridge and coffee/tea available. The best part however was the incredible hosts! They were incredibly responsive and communicative before and during my stay. Bojana noticed my birth date on my passport when I checked in on the 13th, and greeted me with a happy birthday on the 14th! On my check out day she helped arrange a taxi and she and her husband helped me with my luggage! Fabulous property, fabulous hosts, top notch recommendation well deserved!!

It was fine for me (I'm tall) but if you're short you may want to be cautious about the tub. It was a big step down when stepping out of the tub to the floor.

Fantastic location near to all the main sights in Ljubljana. Lovely building and the room was spacious and clean. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Not much to fault, just a kettle in the room (not shared) would have been a bonus. The bathroom area also didn't feel very private due to the frosted glass. It's an old building though so quirky and the room was good value. I still recommend staying here.

No reception, you need to call in order to check in. The shower needs a curtain.

The location was perfect for walking around the city and enjoying all of the local restaurants!

Modern and comfy room with double windows (next to the vibrant river district which you don’t hear when the windows are closed), great shower, nice owner and a house with an interesting story. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place anytime! Perfect for people liking a central location and are not disturbed by some noise.

The accomodation was perfectly clean and stylishly furnished. It is in the middel of the old city center, surrounded by good restaurants and café’s. The Host is really friendly and had some great tips! Would absolutely recogment this place!

We had a problem with an earlier booking. This booking was fixed within 5 minutes. The owner of the appartment accepted within 5 minutes.
