Esta casa de playa de 4 dormitorios con cocina comedor, comedor independiente con capacidad para 8 personas y un porche delantero envolvente ofrece mucho espacio para relajarse y descansar mientras está de vacaciones. House was immaculate. Everything was as pictured in the listing. Comfortable and spacious home. Fully stocked from toilet paper to beach umbrellas. Owner thought of everything!! Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our needs and convenient to beach, this place makes you feel like you are truly at the Jersey Shore. Old school, but holding eclectic charm! Everything that’s needed to enjoy the amazing wrap around porch is at hand. A definite joy!

This was a nice house located 1/2 mile from the beach. The owner was very accommodating to my family and dogs. The fenced-in yard was so wonderful for our dogs to hang out with us. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was a nice amenity. The neighbors are elevated and so it's not very private, but they were very friendly. Would stay here again.

We love Belmar
We love the beach at Belmar, restaurants, ice cream joint, and the boardwalk. My grandson likes all the playgrounds and I love my morning 3 mile run along the beach. The house is great with a hot tub and enclosed back yard, great for my son's dog. My only complaint was the dirty floors, bureaus, fridge top, etc.

A great spot - close to everything you need!
We stayed here for a long weekend in April. The house was clean and perfect for what our family needed. The house is walking distance from the beach/boardwalk, as well as a kids playground right on the beach. Walk a could blocks the other way and there are plenty of good food options. Tiffany was very responsive to my questions before arrival and checking in was a breeze! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!
This house was perfect for our beach weekend. Very clean with plenty of complimentary sanitizer and cleaning products, a fully fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs, and it was walkable to the beach. The owners communicated quickly and were so kind and helpful. We hope to come back next summer!

A Welcome Sanctuary
We had an amazing time at this beautiful Historic Victorian! The place was clean and well appointed and had a huge backyard- for our City dogs to run - and a welcoming hot tub. The Beach was a short walk and was clean and not too crowded with a beautiful boardwalk for miles along the Atlantic. We cooked at home each night so the 2 BBQs were perfect! In the hectic times we live in this was the perfect Sanctuary for me and my family!

Wonderful Family Beach Home
Our family enjoyed our stay in this great Victorian beach house! It is close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room in this charming home with wraparound porch. Great backyard, 2 bbqs, hot tub and plenty of room for family fun and gatherings. We will definitely go back!

This is a great property. The house has plenty of room and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch, even in the rain you could be outside. Belmar beach’s are really nice.

the space was very nice - would have liked TV in all rooms - loved the wrap around porch. The house on a whole was very comfortable good spot for our dog also.

Great last minute stay!
House was welcoming and well stocked, great location. Beach badges included were a great perk. Window air units worked well-our only wish was that the master bedroom had a king bed!

Great Time!
Our family had an awesome week. It was nice to have a main floor bedroom, so my 75 year old parents did not have to do stairs when they visited one day. The house is between Main St. and the beach, so we could walk to a lot of places. The owner was great and responded immediately to any questions. Looking forward to renting again.

Great Beach house at the beautiful Jersey Shore
Our family enjoyed our stay in this charming Victorian home. Plenty of room, comfortable beds. Loved the big dining table that easily accommodated 8. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to many great restaurants and shops. Plenty of on street parking as well as a large drive way. Be aware that the 4 block walk to the beach are long blocks for very young children, consider bringing a stroller.

Great location, small kitchen
This property was lots of fun to stay at and we’d probably go back. Pluses were the proximity to Belmar Beach, outdoor shower, hot tub, plenty of rooms for our large party, parking for 3 cars, and a playground within walking distance for our littles. Minuses were a small kitchen with little space to store food we brought, tiny oven that couldn’t fit a 12” pizza, we had to bring our own linens and towels, and the bedroom with a full bed was too small to fit a pack and play in for our toddler. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was a great stay for the price. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you :)

Great location and very family oriented!
We stayed here for a family funeral. Coming from Ohio we were limited on what we could bring. Everything was there for us. All we needed was food. Having 4 bedrooms was great for the 5 of us. So glad we opted for this instead of a hotel!

Charming house great for a getaway
This is an older house with lots of charm. My family was coming into town for a wedding, so my aunt and uncle decided to rent the house with us so we could spend more time together before and after the wedding. It was perfect for that. It was cold, but we were still able to walk to and along the beach. The house and area are very comfortable and inviting. We didn't really use it because of the weather, but the porch is gorgeous. Oh, and sometimes older homes don't heat well, but we were all nice and cozy!

Beautiful home with updated kitchen and bath. We loved everything about this home from its location to the bright, welcoming rooms. The house is spacious enough to easily accommodate a large family. The fenced in back yard was a plus! We found the owners to be gracious and helpful hosts. If we are ever in the area again we would happily rent this house again!

We had a great week in July staying at this 4 bedroom home in Belmar, just 4 blocks from the beach. The accommodations and hot tub were excellent.

Loved the first floor walk in shower and the roominess of a large two story home. Also loved the short walk to the beach. The home was well equipped with the items we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed the privacy of a first floor bedroom right off the kitchen and bathroom.
Things that could be improved on....lighting in the dining room and comfortable chairs in the living room. Lighting is needed for the outside entrance into the kitchen.
Overall a good value for its location being near the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Only minor things needed to be done.
The lighting could be improved. The light bulbs in the lamps in the masters bedroom upstairs were out. The lamp shade was hard & tricky to use & move around. A regular simple lamp shade would have been better n lighted the room well.
Also, the lock in the front door doesn't work. We used the back door the whole time we were there.

The home is in a wonderfully central location in Belmar on 16th Ave right off Main. It was not a far walk to the beach or local bars/restaurants. The home itself met, if not exceeded all expectations. The kitchen was well equipped, rooms were plentiful & the backyard was amazing. Between the expansive space, outside dining furniture, hot tub & grille, it was PERFECT for entertaining! The wrap around porch was the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Lastly, it was so nice to find a home that allows dogs, so the entire family could enjoy vacation. Our experience was wonderful & we look forward to returning in the future!

We had a guy family reunion where 10 of us stayed comfortably in this great clean home that was 2 blocks from many different bars and restaurants. The back yard was perfect with 2 gas grills for grilling and plenty of space to play quoits, can jam and tossing the frisbee around. I recommend this clean and cozy home for a long weekend like we had or for a long vacation stay. We will definitely be back and may have started a tradition! Thanks!
