The extra touches from daily cookies to fresh breakfast that was made with lots of thought and attention to detail really made this is a wonderful experience. The host were amazingly kind and knowledgeable. You can tell they have great pride in all aspect of making you feel at ease and in what they do.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Belmar. The Inn is beautiful and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The whole vibe is homey and relaxed, which creates a friendly rapport between guests. The owners are passionate about good hospitality. They provide access to the beach, bikes, chairs, everything to make your stay a good one. And the cooking? Absolutely delish. The blueberry pancakes were chock full of fresh blueberries. There are so many extra touches here that define why staying at an inn, particularly this inn, far surpasses any hotel and sets this style of hospitality apart from any other.

Every breakfast was better then the next. Great homemade quiche, waffles, muffins and cookies. Ann Marie and Mike are great hosts.

Excellent service. Rooms clean and comfortable. Host and hostess were incredibly accomodating. Covid protocols strictly adhered to which is a good thing. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are free to use as well as bicycles if one wished to ride. A true 5 star rating in my opinion.

All was perfect!

The accommodations were excellent; However, even better were the people who own and care for the place. They were kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home and add the extra special kindness to us during our stay.

The steps were tough for my wife. We were on the third floor, but that is the nature of the building since it is three floors. We fully expected that, given the nature of the building. That was a minor problem having nothing to do with the staff or the establishment.

Mike and Ann Marie were such gracious hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and fun. Breakfast was absolutely delish. We enjoyed very much our ride on a tandem bike. Mike even gave us directions on how to avoid a lot of traffic. Also the room was clean and tidy with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable too. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for any couple looking to get away!!

Mike and Anne are superb hosts. We were warmly greeted at the door and given a very spacious room with the amenities we requested. The breakfast was above and beyond and the jacuzzi and warm fireplace made our stay during an unusual Jersey Shore snowstorm extremely comfortable and cozy. Not only were they able to accommodate us an extra day, Mike and Anne went beyond to ensure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The B&B was extremely clean and organized and felt like home and family during our entire weekend stay. Thank you so much for making my wife's birthday memorable with the beautiful red roses and champagne/chocolates! We are excited and look forward to our next bike getaway this summer on the Shore!

Location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property is clean and spacious.

I enjoyed the breakfast immensely, but I would have like to have some choice in what we were having.
