The condo it self with all cookware etc..
The heat was not working effectively and the fire place did not work.

the condo itself was very clean and up to date. There were a couple of issues that the owner probably needs to fix. The light switch and garbage disposal switch are messed up at the kitchen sink. the light over the stove doesn't work. The cords for ceiling fan and tv could have been a little better concealed.
The location was not so great. I was a little scared when we first pulled up. It just doesn't make you feel very safe. But once we got inside the condo it was great. There is no name or number on the building so that is a little unnerving as well. Being in the middle of Pigeon Forge was great for what we needed for this trip. The balcony was not in good shape either. There were 3 chairs, none of which did i feel safe to sit in. And nothing else, very bare and it would have been nice to have a few nice chairs and a table to sit out on.

Location was good. Very nice to have a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and small appliances. Three bedrooms was nice with two teenagers. Balconies were nice to walk out on and the TV stations were great!
The balcony furniture was to dirty to sit on as was the kitchen chairs without putting a towel down first. Kitchen drawers and cabinets had a jell like substance on them from previous families. Main bedroom bathroom to cramped. Toilet rocked back and forth. Low water pressure in main bedroom bathroom. Debris in pool. Not clean area.

If you’re staying in the room the majority of the time probably be fine here… very nice towels

Surrounding area not very inviting… Elevator has many soft spots in floor…
Wasn’t given a room number and front desk area was very trashy and had no information about our check-in… straightened out with a quick phone call… Foyers need updated… We felt we had to bring in all of our daily purchases or they’d not be there in the morning, thankfully nothing happened to our vehicle… Pool cloudy and not something we were willing to swim in, other patrons were swimming in it. The property is in need of updating (not the room the overall building) stairwell and back door needs to be a stronger exterior type door…

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. The condo was beautiful. Very clean.
There needs to be some instructions on where to take trash to. Other condo's kept leaving their trash bags right beside the elevator entrance on the main floor. Other than that I loved our stay.
