Having alot of space to move around, plenty of lounge and dining furniture. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge, pot plate, microwave, washing machine, spa bath, balcony, air conditioning. Also board games, DVD'S novels, children's books.

15 stairs to get access to apartment. People over 60 with injuries would be struggling and /or restricted going out

There was dirty unwashed cutlery in the cutlery drawer; no dishwasher powder. No hair dryer in bathroom Switch for ceiling fan in main bedroom was broken. Blinds broken in both bedrooms. Generally shabby and run down outside - carpet up the stairs to the apartment soiled, chipped paint on the front door TV in second bedroom did not work
