The property was close to everything Room was clean and well appointed Ample towels, comfy bed , choice of pillows and lots of extras Security was excellent

The entrance was a bit difficult to find More signage would be helpful

Location was fabulous. Communication from guest services was excellent.

Crockery/cutlery weren't very clean. From about 7am, the unit - especially the balcony - was full of noise and smells from the cafe. There was also very little privacy in the balcony. An awning above the cafe would go a long way in increasing privacy in the balcony,(which is the best part of the unit) and preventing the noise and smells from coming into the unit.

We were very unhappy with access to unit. The code didnt respond to enter & this code was changed 3 times by phone as reception was closed. In the end a permanent resident in the Towers let us in to our apartment to collect our key. We came across the next couple in the Lift having the same problem. It took us an hour before finally getting in to our apartment.
