The location is okay..it was the only property available which should have made me suspicious

First off the staff at the property is quite rude..they don't know how to address a guest and be hospitable. They act as if they are doing us a favor by providing a room during the rush season ..they hound you till you pay and then act pricey when you have finished paying because the charges are non refundable. The please read the fine print because they try their best to get any and all extra money out of the customer. I booked two premium double rooms for 2 couples during season days where the rush is high..they made me pay extra money for 1 +1 person per room..absolutely ridiculous..we didn't ask for a cot or breakfast..but had to pay 2400 extra for a couple stay in both rooms..while booking initially i clicked on booking for 2 adults rooms only..they shouldn't mislead like this..guys, go for make my trip..they are clearer in their terms and conditions and much more friendly and accommodating..also avoid this hotel unless absolutely necessary..the rooms are also okay okay..there are lipstick stains on the pillow and stains elsewhere on the bedsheets and bedding..most of all its not worth ruining your trip for these people
